If I could give - stars I would. I am so disgusted by this builder. We have been in our home 2 years and we have had all 3 bathroom sinks leaking, floor boards popping up, leak in sealing due to possible pipe seal breaking. We have spoken to neighbors who have had multiple issues as well. We have spoken to warranty about these issues but because its outside of a year they wont cover it. However these issues will not be caught unless they break. We had a pipe burst in our garage because they failed to insulate it! That was actually withing a year from when we moved in and they tried to fight us on it because they tried to tell us because we were a north facing house that its not covered. We have talked to multiple professionals within the construction industry and they have said these houses are built poorly. PLEASE DO NOT BUILD WITH THEM! It will be a mistake unless you plan on fixing everything!
