I received an incorrect item from this company that I ordered on 1/28/17, and was unable to get correct item shipped to me instead they offered a store creditWhen I ordered new items totaling amount I originally spent it is now taking over months to have my issue resolvedThey don't respond timely to emails, I have to send multiple emails to even get them to respond, and no one ever answers the phoneIt is now 6/8/17, and still have not received items from them
I purchased some boots through the online store pink lavish boutique in march and they never arrived so I contacted the customer service line and when they finally got back with me they told me that they had a back up of orders and it was going to take a while to come I told them I wanted a refund and they said ok I contacted them again a week later and she took weeks to contact me back and when she finally did she said that it was going to take a month for the refund well it's the end of May and I still haven't received my ** dollar refund I am feeling like they are scammers and they steal people's money they stole my ** dollars

I ordered a dress in July 2014 from this online store and paid extra for expedited shipping. I never received my item. I emailed and called and one person stated they would take care of it and never did. Furthermore, the owner or customer service rep, screens calls. So when I called, they refused to answer. In addition, the owner or customer service rep blocked me from Instagram as well. I complained to the Revdex.com in Virginia and the store claims they don't have record of my order.
Its really sad they way that this business is treating me and others. People work hard for their money and when they decide to spend it with a business should be treated with respect and delivered the product they paid for.

She stated on 12/20 she would issue refund. If you look at the printout she provided, the refund issuance is dated January 5th, after my complaint to Revdex.com. I'd like to point out, that she stated to Revdex.com that she had already issued my refund before my Revdex.com complaint.
It's January 20th & I still have not received the funds. Furthermore, the printout she provided is only her clicking "refund" on her online store. If the funds are not in the account attached to the store's website, no money will be deducted, yet it will still put together a refund total. Being a former online store owner, I am well aware of this procedure.
I asked that she show PROOF of funds being disbursed to my card. A screenshot of her bank statement for the $48.35 issued to my [redacted] would have been sufficient. When I asked for proof, I already knew she didn't have it, because I never received a credit for $48.35 from Pink Lavish Boutique. I was actually hoping that she would practice GOOD FAITH and finally issue the refund.
I contacted Revdex.com because I was afraid that I was going to get scammed like the other customers that I spoke with. I placed an order on 12/12/15. She said she would refund my money on 12/20/15. It's now 1/20/16 & still I wait.
I have not received my money. Clearly, she is giving all of us the run around.

Review: I ordered from this company in May of 2015. She sent me incorrect items so I contacted her in June and asked to send them back for an exchange for the correct items. She told I could, so I resent the items and they were delivered the second week on June. On July 5 I contacted her again asking when she was going to resend the correct dresses. She pretended as if she didn't know what I was talking about and said she would just refund my money. As of today October 25th, I still haven't received my items or the refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $55 for the items and $10 for return shipping cost.

Review: I ordered a dress from this business. After 10 days, I never received the order. I called twice to inquire about my order. The owner said during the first conversation that she didn't have a tracking number for[redacted] & to wait a few days then call back if it wasn't received. The second call back went unanswered then I received a text message from that number asking me what the problem was. I explained I never got the merchandise & then I was told it either wasn't shipped or it got lost in the mail & was offered a refund. I agreed to the refund & that was 10 days ago. I still have not received my refund.Desired Settlement: My refund for $31.60.

I call [redacted] and was sent to voicemail then was followed by a text. I texted back with the situation and was toldthe website allowed tooo many orders of this dress & that it was now longer available. they offered to send a refund or another dress.
