THIS LADY IS A SCAM!!! She will steal your money and never send you a thing!!! Beware!!!! Around Christmas she starts emailing people and never send it she did it last year and again this year she is such a scam!!! I called the police.

Review: I ordered products on 11/8/15, the cusumer refuses to send purchased items or grant a refund. I've contacted them mover than 5x with no response.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order with verified tracking number from 11/8/15 order date, or refund full amount.

Review: Ordered a couple of items for Christmas present on December 12, 2015. Was a little skeptical when I didn't receive a tracking number within 5 days. Found multiple complaints online similar to missing tracking info. Called the company. Talked with someone who assured me that I would revive the tracking number via email in the next day or two. As well as the items before xmas. Gave me an excuse that they were behind. 3 or 4 days later no email with tracking info. Went on Instagram and saw that she had time to post pictures, yet couldn't send her customer their tracking info. Although I should have received the items, based of their shipping policy. via Instagram, I hash tagged her company name and saw yet another similar complaint. I Mentioned the company's name in my comment to the other disgruntled customer. The company's owner didn't like that. She instant messaged me, that's when I asked her if she could just fulfill my order. and said that she never was disrespectful to her customers and that she would just give me a refund. Then she blocked my from her store's Instagram. I then received an email stating that my order had been updated to a "refund". This was the week of Xmas. I was fine with that. I called on 12/30 to find out the status of my refund. Voicemail was full. I receive a text message sometime later asking, "how may I help you?" I asked could they refund my purchase. The next day I receive a message saying sorry for the delay and that they will process my refund. They haven't. I think it goes without saying that when you are in business providing a product of a service, it's always best to UNDER promise and OVER deliver. In this case it is quite the opposite. She seems nice over the phone. She says you're going to receive your product. She says she sending an email. She says she's issuing a refund, yet here I am on Revdex.com filing a complaint with a group of others that she scammed. All this for

48 bucks. It's the principle!Desired Settlement: I really just want this chick to refund my $48.33

& stop playing with people. Respect & truly appreciate your customers. She gives online boutiques a bad name. And for the record, speaking eloquently and telling your customers what you think they want to hear doesn't mean squat if you don't do what you say you're going to do. If your shipping is 5-7 business days, then honor that. If you say you're going to send an email with 1-2 days, then do just that. Lastly, if you decide to issue a refund, to an already disgruntled customer, then the easiest way to get rid of the headache is to give that customer their money. The only thing this chick is selling online is the run around. Integrity is everything. Your word is bond.

This refund was issued. I definitely could've shipped her order however we decided not to do business with this customer who was extremely rude. I totally appreciate my customers and they appreciate me those are the ones I choose to do business with. She instead of taking the refund and looking for somewhere else to shop this customer chooses to send disrespectful comments and emails and that is unacceptable I don't know if it was 100s of dollars being spent I would've still refunded the payment. I would never behave in that matter as I would never go into a store and treat the staff poorly and expect them not to put me out the building. I'm sorry that our business wasn't good enough enough for this customer. Put she received her funds back

When customer text me she only asked how long do refunds take, she never stated her name or who she was. Refund was processed and I informed her my cc processor will reverse those funds back into the account she used for payments. I also informed her that it takes me 14 days to receive payments for my orders so it may also be same when reversing the payment. This policy is listed on my website and I always suggest customers to read before making a purchase. I have also attached a screenshot of this policy.

Purchased an item in July, never received product and was promised refund. We are now in the middle of September and I have not received anything and their communication has stopped. This business is a complete fraud and will scam anyone out of their money as they have done me.

I would like to give credit to this store. I hate to online shop as most places dont get back to you and there is no customer service number. I first ordered from this store when it was opened a few years ago. I always got my order and the customer service number was helpful. I thanked the owner for her customer service. I have sinse ordered about 10 times and only one I had to get a refund for a pre order that was delayed. I love black owed businesses and I wanted to give credit, we should always list positive things when they happen verses running to tell the negative

Review: I ordered a dress from [redacted] on Thursday 12/26/13 for an event to celebrates birthday 1/4/14. They did not have an option to expedite shipment so I emailed them at the email Cc above. I RECEIVED a confirmation from co owner [redacted] that it would be shipped by Monday 12/30 and I would receive in time for Saturday 1/4/14 and payment was processed immediately and taken from my account. On Thursday 1/2/14 I still didnt receuve my dress so I emailed and was told they dont know why it didnt ship and it was a shipping error so they were going to look unto it and give me track in information. I never got that but I did get an email saying they would overnight it with a gift. Didnt get that either. On Sunday I emailed and called and texted the number they have listened in their site requesting a refund and I havent heard from them since. They were compliant when I was trying to order but Now that I am unhappy they are MIA please help to reply matter as I recently found out through scrolling through their comments on social media I am not the only one this has happened to.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the dress I purchased that was never delivered for my birthday plus a refund for the outfit that I had to buy last minute on January 4th for the event. My birthday party was hosted at a space that was rented out by some friends and too much planning money and time had gone into it that I couldn't cancel.

This company has definitely improved on shipping. I received my last 3 orders in 2 days :)

I love my sweatsuit! It was a delight meeting the owner, so polite and professional. It's refreshing to see a successful business in my hometown !

I purchase the good to go jumpsuit on Dec. 2 and it shipped on the same day, I received only a few days later and Im in love with this jumpsuit. I wear it to the gym, out to dinner and around the house. I just placed another order yesterday for 2 more colors!! its only 25.00. OMG this place affordable. thank you Revdex.com cause I stated ordering from them because of the rating. EXCELLENT

I ordered a dress in July 2014 from this online store and paid extra for expedited shipping. I never received my item. I emailed and called and one person stated they would take care of it and never did. Furthermore, the owner or customer service rep, screens calls. So when I called, they refused to answer. In addition, the owner or customer service rep blocked me from Instagram as well. I complained to the Revdex.com in Virginia and the store claims they don't have record of my order.
Its really sad they way that this business is treating me and others. People work hard for their money and when they decide to spend it with a business should be treated with respect and delivered the product they paid for.
