As a first time buyer I was intimidated, but knew that I wanted to purchase my first home Working with Pink Realty and Cregg *** really put all my hesitation and fears to rest The entire office was friendly and professional I found quickly that Cregg really did have my best interest at heart Cregg was not just focused on finding me a home, but finding me the perfect home He understood what I was looking for, and was actively looking to find one that fit all of my preferences He was wonderful to work with, and really made the process enjoyable

This is the second time my wife and I have used Monica in the past When we left Colorado for Alaska, we thought we were done - Monica and the Pink Team took real good care of us when we were out of state and country trying to sell our home - the market wasn't as "hot" as it is now, but she had three buyers in a bidding war and got us top dollar for our home we were selling, so it was a no-brainer to use her when we moved back and bought a home
Now, a new-build isn't for the faint of heart, let me tell you! But Monica made sure we had ALL the information we needed to make an informed decision She brought us to all of the builders, with the intention of just looking at floor plans (we were looking at a time frame of a year out!), explained to us which builders included what design features/upgrades, and which builders nickeled and dimed you, explained everything from lot premiums to closing costs and didn't treat us like ingnoramouses when we asked questions!

I would like to say that selling my home was easy but divorce situations aren't always the best, but both Brian and Ryan never gave up on me they communicated with me through email and phone, listened to me vent , and helped me with what steps to take
I was very impressed and thankful for everything they did for me, trust me I almost gave up but they kept me going They are not lawyers but they have great customer service skills and a lot of patience!!
I also want to say Thank You to Maggie for sending me emails on the status of selling my home..Trust me it may seem that those emails overloads were crazy but it helped me not calling in everyday and saying "So what's going on?" Those emails always kept me informed of who was doing what and the deadline they had to do it in!!
