My complaint consist of this company not complying with the signed lease agreementMe and my wife were a military family who were rushed to move at the same time I was to be in training for monthsAfter the completion of the agreed upon lease with no balance remaining the Company then decided to file an eviction against me and my spouse to I quote remove belonging that were left on the premisesIn section of the lease which we obviously both signed it clearly states that any property left behind would be considered abanded and would be disposed of at the renters expenseNeedless to say we did end up paying and additional 1900$ plus the lose of our deposit to also get an eviction placed on our recordsI would just like to warn military families that this company has no compassion for what you go through and they will break the *** and your active duty rights for the means of profit

I would recommend Pink Realty to ANYONE that is buying or selling their home! They were great at answering my hundreds of questions I had as a first time home buyer and they handled my bank stuff that happened towards the end just before closing very well and never got frustrated they actually kept me calm! I took a lot more extra work and time and they made it happened and they will always get referrals out of me! Thanks Pink Realty!!!
