I am a school groundskeeper and they started my contacting my boss, our director of operations. He just heard something about herbicides and sent them on to me. They call relentlessly. I am busy and don't have time to listen to pushy sales people. The most disappointing thing was he kept telling me they were having a SALE on hebicides and things were '50% off' well, over a month later and the sale is still going. I asked him questions about the herbicides, that anyone who sells them should know 'Active Ingredients, concentration levels, application rates and coverage areas' and he had no clue. He had to look them up and call me back... I asked him for prices and things for cost comparison, but everything was 'different' I told him we used 41% glyphosate at 6oz/gal and I wanted to know their percentage and dilution rate, and he just kept saying we'd only have to mix 4 oz/gal with their product - and after a lot of badgering on my part he finally told me that his total kill product wasn't glyphosate and they wanted 3x more than what I pay for it at a local fertilizer company. He also wouldn't give me comparisons for triple action herbicides that I use, he kept trying to [redacted] off something else as that. He keeps calling me and asking me if he can send me 4 gallons of 'FREE' stuff to try, but after reading the Revdex.com complaints I am going to demand no more contact from them. Thank you!!!!

This company offered an introductory offer to our local government parks department last year. I told them we would try it and said thanks. We continue to have a lot of the product left over and told a salesman that called from Arizona a few months ago that we don't need anymore but he states that our government agreed to purchase more. Having been in local government for over 30 years, I cannot obligate my department for future purchases without a PO and would never agree this purchasing process.

I continue to get ID blocked calls from a salesperson at 6:30 to 7am in the morning saying to call him back in New York. I am totally disgusted with this company and their heavy handed sales tactics and would never purchase anything from them again.

All orders were placed by [redacted].   All orders and billing were verified with [redacted].   Nothing was ever shipped or billed to RSA without his approval.   RSA's price has been locked since their second order $699.00 per kit.  We have all Verification Logs and Proof...

Review: On September 9, 2013, I was woken up by a salesperson from this company at 6:10 am. Unfortunately the call was disconnected before I could inform the salesperson of this fact. I am not sure if this company is even aware of the different time zones they are calling into. This company has also called multiple time in the past and I have had the same type of complaints (of pushy salespeople saying I have filled out an interest form that I never did) that others have posted. I have asked various salespeople of this company to remove my number from their call list and yet I continue to receive calls. I have no need for their product, no desire to listen to the pushy salespeople and wish for them to stop. This latest wake-up call is the last straw.Desired Settlement: I do not want any further contact with this company. I wish for a letter of apology and in this letter, confirmation that I will no longer be contacted. Also, I wish the contact information of someone in this company who will be responsible in the event a salesperson still calls.

Review: The company continues sending and billing me for product I did not order. They claim that I have agreed to some ongoing minimum purchase requirement I did not agree to. they wont stop calling and shipping more product. Totally unethical behavior. Have never experienced anything like it. They even tried bribing me with gifts to make it ok, which is wrong as well.Desired Settlement: Close my account, stop shipping more product, and never contact my company again.

I was called by a Bob K[redacted] this morning about a salt product he was selling. He kept trying to "ship" me a pallet of 500 lbs, then, 250 lbs, and, then, the smallest quantity of 50 lbs. - along with a very costly per pound price point. I kept telling him I just wanted information about this "amazing" product and a sample. He told me that this was the smallest quantity he could send - that they don't do samples - and that there would be a bill. When pressed for written information and a sample he hung up on me - which I find very disrespectful after he had initiated the call and taken up 10 minutes of my time. I WOULD STEER FAR FROM THIS BUSINESS AND THESE SALES PRACTICES!!

Review: The salesman called on a machine opereator in our shop and talked him into a sample of 4 gallons of there safety pro at 39.97 per gallons around 10-11-12

Than product just started showing up 4 gallons 02/12/13 at 88.00 per gallons another 4 gallons around 03/18/14 another 8 gallons around 08/08/13 another 12 gallons around 01/27/14

Another 24 gallons around 01/31/14

We never ordered any of these they would call the Machine operator on his personal cell phone and tell him a shipment was ready I think he was nervous because he is not authorized to purchase product and figured each one would be the last.

If you read your own complaints and reviews the all say about the same thing . Not sure how they get and A+ rating with these very unethical practices.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for all product that has not been used

Review: Pioneer Research Corporation contacted our maintenance supervisor by phone. First by calling the office and telling the receptionist that they had an appointment with him. This was a blatant lie. however our maintenance supervisor ordered some drain cleaner for a project. a few months later a call was placed to him again while he was out in the field. At that moment he was very busy, the salesperson spoke to him about the order the supervisor thought he was referring to the order he had made and thought the salesperson was requesting authorization for that order. This was not the case and we received another order without an invoice for 795 lbs. of drain cleaner which we could never possibly use that much. We never opened the shipment.

We contacted Pioneer Research Corporation and spoke to a [redacted] stated that he could wipe out 1/3 of the bill if we would pay for it. We stated that we did not order this shipment and were going to send it back. [redacted] said that he could not take the shipment back that we would have to pay for something we did not order. The conversation ended without a settlement. We then placed another call to Pioneer Research Corp/. stating that we would like for them to accept our return of the shipment and spoke with a [redacted] stated that he had our maintenance on audio tape confirming the order. [redacted] stated if we sent the product back that he could not sell it as a new product and would lose money even though we never opened the shipment (the shipment was sent to another department not affiliated with our housing authority, this department accepted the shipment then sent it to our office not knowing we did not order it or we would never had accepted it). He said if we call back in about an hour he could locate that taped conversation and play it back for us. I spoke with our maintenance supervisor who stated again that he thought that they wanted confirmation on the one and only shipment that he had placed. We attempted to call [redacted] back at the phone number given and nobody answered the phone.

This business is extremely unethical and by no means should they have an A+ rating...ever. I have filed a complaint with the Corporation Commission in each state that they have an address for. The salesperson twice attempted to bribe our maintenance supervisor. I understand that the Revdex.com does not do criminal complaints but I believe this company is not without criminal intent.Desired Settlement: I would like for the Pioneer Research Corporation to pick this unwanted/unopened shipment up from our office for return. I would like for this business to NEVER CALL or SOLICIT this office AGAIN!!!!!!!
