I was called by One Hour before the technician's arrival (10' expectancy). Jason Fowler arrived at the time indicated, he followed the protocol of the pandemic rules, he was professional, thorough, and fast.

Very fast worker. We loved how friendly he was and was ok with us being in the living room while he fixed our ac . ??

Dustin was great. In 10 years he's the only service man that cleaned the inside and outside coils. I am very happy

Dustin was in time, pleasant and hot right to work. He even advised us about our high water pressure to avoid any future problems with our AC. Highly recommended.

Zach is always professional and goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy With all of the work before he leaves. He is a great diagnostician and I have 100% faith in what he has to say.

I lost my heating on Sunday and called Pitzers late in the afternoon. Mario arrived around 6:30 and walked me through everything that went wrong, was an easy fix to something I did while trying to get my thermostat to connect to the internet. Additionally, since my thermostat had a wrong piece of information to connect to the internet, Mario installed a new thermostat. He worked diligently and was very polite, kind and efficient

Always do a great job. Accurate and honest, thanks for the Heroes Program as well. The guys are always super busy and can't always get to the appointment but always offer to come late, good job. Thanks.

What can you say about Pitzer's One Hour Air Conditioner & Heating, all I can say from what I have seen is don't. From the start I feel I was not informed about all I should have been informed about. For one their salesman sold me a unit that would not work with the duct already in my home. Than after the unit was installed they can fix it at the rate of five hundred dollars a duct line from the unit. I feel they mislead people to get sales of other product after the unit is in. For sixteen thousand dollars you would think everything would work like it should.

When bought the new system a year ago it cost $16000. Found out later that their salesman was a used car salesman and he is no longer with them. When he sold the unit he sat at the table and did not do any checking of the old system. It has never cooled the house below 80 degrees. When they send out a tech (9 times now) they all say that the duct work is too small. They want over $1500 to update it. When you buy a new system I thought that they would install it properly. I would never recommend this company.

Always satisfied with work and cleanliness. Tech always explains any findings and or problems.

I found this company after seeing a segment on the local news advertising that they offered a Heroes Club that offered a discount to military and first responders. My husband is a first responder so I filled out the online Heroes Club form and then called to schedule a appointment as our AC had gone out . It is the middle of summer in Arizona so getting someone out here quick was vital since we have small kids. The scheduling wasn’t the best as the technician was a few hours late but since it is a busy season I can understand that. They completed the work and the technician was very friendly and did great work. I wish I could give a star rating for the tech because he was great my issue is that we were billed incorrectly and overcharged $345 dollars. The lady that booked our service was aware I signed up for the Heroes Club and even pulled it up in her system and noted the appointment and the technician knew as well. As soon as I saw the charge and looked at the invoice I saw we weren’t not given the promised discount. We immediately called and they apologized and said yes it Says you should get the ahetoes discount , I’m not sure why he didn’t do it. We will get the manager to approve it and call you back . The lady called back a couple days later and said it was approved and we will see that credit within 10 days. It has been 15 days and we called because we still haven’t received the credit. We were told today that the manager has to approve it , the same thing we were told over two weeks ago. I think while it seemed a mistake we weren’t given the promised discount for first responders it isn’t hard to process a refund. If you offer a discount program for military and first responders you should honor it without the customer having to chase down a refund . My husband works long hours in a stressful job and shouldn’t have to worry about getting back money he was overcharged by this company.

The technician was very thoughtful and professional. He was efficient and thorough in his visit.
I felt he had done a complete check up on our conditioner. He even checked our filters and gave us a few pointers on keeping them current.
A very friendly and considerate individual.
