Just got a quote for installation of new air conditioning. *** was on time and personable . Listened to our issues and thoroughly explained the range of options. Worked up quotes for those options on site. Friendly, thorough and quick. Really appreciate the service.

Did a great job. they were able to fix the problem and get my air conditioner working great.

We had compressor go out on a 5-year old AC unit. When I called them, the scheduler told me that it would be covered under warranty – the guy that showed up did NOTHING except listen to my unit for 2 minutes & look it up on Goodman site, then tell us that One Hour is not going to honor the original Right Time warranty. If the scheduler would have told us that they weren’t going to honor the warranty, I would not have scheduled the appointment. Then they send us an invoice for $90. I’m assuming they do that so people will hire them to do the work. Will never use them again.

Service technician was scheduled promptly to check our AC, he arrived on time, and resolved the problem. The cost for service was reasonable and the overall experience was excellent. We are very pleased with their service.

This 5 star review goes to ***, an employee in the Kingman, AZ office. Despite only working part-time, she tackled a 4 month problem regarding my purchase of a/c filters. She was always friendly, courteous, and professional and she stuck with the problem until it was finally solved. She's a keeper in my opinion.

If there was a place for a zero I would leave it!! I contacted them for an estimate. But won't do it without the home owners approval. Our Landlord requires us to get a few estimates before contacting her with any problems. *** You will never make money like that!!

just did our maintenance on our dual system air conditioners and he was great very knowledgeable and made us feel that we are in good hands. He didn’t suggest anything we didn’t need and gave us piece of mind with installing our new energy savers to prolong our units. Original company to replace my grandfather's 1991 Carrier that was 'diagnosed' to have a bad compressor. Replaced Carrier unit in July 2013 with a Goodman condenser and Goodman coil attached to Carrier air blower. Total cost $4800.

Two years later(2015), up-sells my Granddad on a hard start kit for $315 due to 'noise on startup'(this was a 'maintenance' call to check the unit).

TWO DAYS LATER, compressor windings burn up, costs my granddad another $800 for compressor replacement. Keep in mind grandpa is in AZ heat, desperate to keep cool, so he pays to have it replaced.

Unit runs for 3 years.

July 31st 2018, grandpa calls One Hour due to no cold air. (mind you this is during mid summer in AZ heat) One Hour 'diagnoses' that the pump is bad and unit needs replacement. Cost is $5250 for JUST a GOODMAN condenser installed. He buys it, because, again, it's 114 degrees outside and he's desperate.

Fast forward to 7-30-2019, air handler goes out with no fan. Granddad calls POne Hour again since they send him tons of ads every month for reminders. Of course that's another $89 service call.

'Tech' says blower motor is no good and dirty, ($1000+ to repair) recommends entire replacement of air handler at the tune of $4300 dollars!

Granddad calls me this time letting me know the ac went out. I almost fell off my chair when he told me the story. I told him to hold off and I drive the 200 miles to his house to inspect/fix.

I immediately find the 24V control transformer in the unit has failed ($13 part) due to the condenser contactor coil having a short ($9 part). Replace both and the 'bad' motor whirs right on.

What got me irritated was the hack job that I saw in the attic from the 2013 install. Goodman coil was TAPED to the Carrier unit, UNSUPPORTED by straps, LAYING on top of the rafters. The tape had completely failed, leaking roughly 50% of the conditioned air into the attic. The original drain pan for the condensate was ripped out of the way and not connected to the drain pipes, and the drywall ceiling had a crack in it. The condensate line had NO insulation, and was dripping water onto the rafters. Luckily it was hot up there and the water never made it to the drywall.

Seeing all this crap install, I call One Hour up 7-31-2019 to ask why the install is substandard. They send a tech out to look. Tech calls the offic and office states they didn't install the unit in 2013. What??

Luckily my Grandfather is very organized. I dig deeper and find all these past invoices from One Hour. 2013, 2015, 2018. My blood was boiling, and not from the AZ sun.

So my granddad has spent OVER $12000 with this company. The work is NOT to code or quality. I WILL be contacting the AZ state attorney general for elder abuse and extortion if this company does not rectify the horrendous install.

Very pleased with the service done at my home. I received pictures of my ac unit and a detailed explanation of the issues going on. He even got on the phone with my husband to explain the issues. I like how they cover their shoes before entering my house. We will tell our friends about our positive experience. Thank you.

New Air Conditioning and Heating Unit:
Joshua and Edgar did a great job for us. They removed and replaced both the roof and attic components. It was a tough job. It was a very long day for them. The unit for the attic was exactly the size of the access, and they managed to get the unit through it (no dungs or scratches). They were both very polite and professional. They cleaned up the site after they were done so you wouldn't know they had been there except for the shinny new A/C unit of the roof. We do get some high winds sometimes and my wife was concerned about how the unit would be secured to the frame on the roof. Joshua took before and after pictures with his phone to show her how it was secured. Their anchor brackets are much sturdier than the old ones.
I will not hesitate to use "One Hour" again.
