Our Sales manager tried giving the customer a call about her warranty cancellation, we have already issued the refund for her [redacted] and the dent guardWe just issued the check for [redacted] yesterday 7/22/16, the refund should be paid in full now

[redacted] the general salesman manager spoke with MRS [redacted] on 2/23/17, he mentioned to her that we have no records of us pulling her credit or submitting her credit to any financial institution , we do not have any recordsMr [redacted] asked Mrs [redacted] to please provide some back up saying we did , all she provided were screen shots through her phoneShe mentioned she had a [redacted] Mr [redacted] asked her to bring it up to our dealership that way they can review it togetherFrom the screen shots she sent to us , there is or banks we don't use, we would love to help Mrs [redacted] to rectify the situation but we need back up from her showing we pulled her credit not screen shots we need the actual [redacted] Once again the only way we can rectify is be her being supportive and bringing us back up and not screen shots on her phoneplease let us know how we can assist

There are options on her vehicle that she bought , she signed for the car on april , our system shows that everything was disclose to the customer and signed by her, we are not sure as to why she waited a month to let us know , but our system shows that she was disclosed of all the information on her contract and it was signed by the customer, thank you

I have not chosen the first option, because the issue is yet to be resolvedI am not asking for the money to be returned to me, rather, I want it credited back to the loan, the same way that the warranty was doneIt is a fact that some one called me as soon as you forwarded my complaint to Sterling McCall Nissan, informing that the money was going to be returned to the loan account; without mentioning any specified time.However, as at the time of writing this rejoinder, (6/16/2017, at pm), no refund has been made

The letter from the insurance company said based on our discussion and their investigation that they determined Sterling McCall Nissan is at FaultI can send additional conversation from the Insurance company about Sterling McCall Nissan. I also can send pictures as well but I'm not sure how this helps the last comment I got from the Revdex.com is that this matter is closed as unresolved. That makes me think the only option for me is to take it to civil court

All vehicles online have the pricing listed plus dealer add-ons which is listed on our websiteThe price online was clearing incorrect for the car that the customer wanted she was made aware of this but we told the customer that we will still honor the price that was seen online plus add-ons
.We would like to help her out , and if the customer is still interested in the car she can contract the Sales Manager Jose ***

Cory *** contacted the customer 6/13/letting her know that the gap cancellation amount will be sent to *** *** to be
deducted from the balance loan, the check can not go to the customer because she has not paid off the car therefore the lien holder will receive the refund and apply it to *** ***'s account thank you

spark plugs, both valve cover gaskets and PCV Valve with hose.Displeased with the service. *** *** Truck 125,mile vehicle was brought to Sterling McCall Nissan, diagnose for gas smell and hesitation.CC = Customer ComplaintSMN = Sterling McCall Nissan ResponseTECH = Technician findingsSOLUTION = Diagnosis results / Investigation results / RecommendationsREIMBURSEMENT = Financial resolutionCC: What was stated in the paper work of what the problem was, was wrong.SMN: Repair Order#: *** Line: A States: SMELL OF GAS VERY STRONG WHILE DRIVING/ Line: B States: VEHICLE STALLS INTERMITTENTLYPLEASE ADVISE. TECH: Found Fuel Pressure Regulator to be the source of the raw fuel smell, which was the customers complaintCould have shown the customer the leak if requested but customer declined and took to another shopRaw fuel smell is not going to fix itself but can be sensitive to cooler weather or cold start and seal itself when engine hot due to expansionOur Master tech saw it leaking and made the recommendation. CC: Later, the Advisor called again and stated there are other issues which is going to cost us around $5,I was shocked and I told her we cannot afford it as my husband and I are retired. SMN: Repair Order#: *** Line: D States: Complimentary Vehicle Multi-Point Vehicle InspectionTECH: technician performed his visual inspection and found additional concerns with this 125,mile vehicleof the items found were marked RED as Failed Tasks which are items of immediate needs (exterior lights were out & battery tested bad and need replacement)All other found items were marked YELLOW as Cautioned Tasks need future attentionAll of this can be found in the attached documents and yes it did add up to $5000+ After all it is a 125,mile vehicle and some of these items have a usefull life or fluid life.SOLUTION: Customer can budget for these items but the RED Failed Tasks are Safety related and should be performed ASAP Customer should service their vehicle at a more reputable shop that would have found what we had found during our visual inspection. [redacted] , We apologize and I was not aware of your situation. What we can do is verify the pay off and day it was sent to your lien holder . We can also write an official letter to your lien holder explaining the circumstance and to remove this from yours and your daughter's credit report....
