Per terms, the merchandise has to be in our possession for us to process a credit and this is why [redacted] has not yet been refunded.

([redacted]).  They offer me no new updates other than it was escalated to a account executive and is still under "investigation"... I was told to call back if no reimbursement check is received by March [redacted]... They were not reassuring and I'm not optimistic.

[redacted] contacted our customer service department for the 1st time on 2/**/2014, at which time the dispute had already been filed. Once a dispute is filed there are specific protocols that we have to follow. When a customer files a dispute we can cancel their account from any further charges but cannot provide additional information about refunds or account information without the financial institution on the line. The customers financial institution will investigate the charge in dispute and they will determine whether or not the customer is due a credit. Due to the dispute filed [redacted] will need to contact her financial institution for the findings of the dispute.

Review: To Whom This May Concern, I purchased a trial offer of the Slim Trim PM product on 04/**/14 and only had to pay $4.99 for shipping. Then on 04/**/14 I was charged $89.99. I called the customer service number to figure out why I was charged & was told that on the 15th day I was charged for the full price of the product because it was a "14 day trial period". I was then told that they would cancel my membership, which they did, and then provided me with the return shipping information. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay a $15 restocking fee and then shipping and handling (I did expect to pay the S&H). I looked back to the terms and conditions where it did clearly state that it was a trial period, but nowhere did it say I would be charged the full price after the trial period. It only said that if I did not cancel within the trial period I would receive the product and be billed the $89.99 monthly. The first payment after the trial period would occur on approximately the 45th day then every 30 days thereafter. In regards to the restocking fee I looked into that as well and it clearly stated I would receive a full reimbursement and said nothing about a restocking fee, only having to pay for shipping and handling.Link to their terms and conditions: [redacted]PLEASE NOTE: when I called to complain they had me reference the "Trial Product Program Details", the "Auto-Ship Program (DETAILS)"and the "Return Policy" sections.I called a second time to speak to another agent who argued with me over the terms saying it said it was a trial period even when I read her the part about being charged on the 45th day, etc. She told me she would waive the $15 restocking fee but I would not receive the refund until they received the bottle and processed it (about 5-7 days).My main concern is in regards to the fact that the terms do not state that after the trial period you will be charged for the full product price. I believe I should have been immediately refunded.Desired Settlement: -Immediate refund and not have to wait until it is processed because it did not state after the trial period on the 15th day you will be charged for the full product price, and because I can return the bottle empty and still receive a refund. If they don't even receive any product back then I should be able to receive an immediate refund, or at least receive it immediately after calling to provide customer service with the tracking #.-I also believe they should have to add that to their terms.

Review: Purchased trial supplement pills in late November 2013... Following this purchased I noticed an unauthorized transaction on [redacted], 2013 in the amount of $99.99... I contacted my bank who offered me details on transaction, including a phone number... I reached out to vendor on a number of times and finally got in touch with them on December 16th. After explaining my non interest on their membership I was told to return unused portion of product and once they receive product I will be refunded 100%; Refund Order No. [redacted]. Product was shipped on the [redacted]of December via US Postal Service with signature confirmation receipt; they received product on 12/**/13 @ 1:19pm by a C. [redacted].Following confirmation receipt I called on 12/**/13 and spoke to a [redacted] who processes a refund, but because I never received any refund I contacted them on 1/3 (spoke to [redacted]), 1/**(spoke to [redacted]), and today 1/**/2014 (spoke to [redacted]). All three times I asked to speak to a [redacted], but never given the opportunity to speak to one. On the **I was told that my concern will be escalated to an account executive, as she tried to process a credit to my card, but it did not go through, and today I was initially told there was no [redacted] available, but when I continued being persistent, was told that [redacted] were busy. I ask her to place me on hold, but was told that she couldn't as she had to take care of other customers... I was not able to believe her statement, and asked her once again for a [redacted], she once again refused a [redacted]. I informed her that she was being put on speaker, then asked her if she was refusing to offer me a [redacted], but again informed they were busy.I can't get them to reimburse me or to speak to someone other than customer service to address this matter... Review: on the page that I used to order the "Free Trial Offer" of both Lipo -G3 and Slimtrim PM, it says in giant letters (the webpage no longer available) FREE Trial offer all you pay is shipping. it says nothing about it only being free for 14 days and it said nothing about it being a continuing thing. I have now been charged $99.99, $99.99 & $99.98 in less than a month. when I tried to go to their terms and conditions the antivirus plan I have would not let me go there. said it was dangerous. so I just assumed it was normal terms and conditions like you don't get the product till you pay for it kind of thing. I still don't know what is in there terms and conditions cause my anti-virus still won't let me go there. I am [redacted] and live on a fixed income. had I known that they would continue to bill me I never would have ordered it in the first place. I am now over $300 dollars overdrawn at my bank (and counting). I will not be able to pay all my bills next month due to being overdrawn by these people. when I called them they were rude and very uncooperativen until I told them that I was filing this complaint. then the [redacted] agreed to refund the purchase price of the lipo g-3 if I returned the bottle to them (at my cost of course) and that it could take up to 90 days to get that refund. they only offered to refund 50% of the latest charge on the other stuff which was only like $44 or $45 dollars out of $200. these people are ripping off people and they don't even care. please help.Desired Settlement: I want all of my money back plus the return shipping cost, plus the international fees incurred, plus all the insufficient funds charges.

Review: I was led to believe by their advertising that was out there that my trail would be a 30 day free trail.The site offers a 14 day free trail in their terms and conditions When I contacted SlimTrim PM's customer service I was told I needed to return the product even though I was led to believe I had a thirty day free trail. The reason I called them is because I saw the withdraw hold on on my online statement. Review: On August ** 2013. my wife ordered the free 14 day trial in which all she had to do is pay for shipping. We cancelled the product before the 14 days and on the 9th day were charged 99.99. We disputed the charge with our banking institution. We also call the company and they stated they would have refunded our money if we would not have disputed the charge. Now we are getting the credit taken back 2 1/2 months later. Trim slim states we did not cancel within the 14 days. So now we are getting charged the 99.99 and dont even have the product. They only sent the trial bottle and thats it. we will be doing a rebuttal through our banking institution again. so there goes another month of my money being held prisoner. This company is such a deceitful company that should not be allowed to do business.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the 99.99 and compensation for the time and hardship this has caused.

Review: I ordered Slim Trim PM online for $4.99 with free shipping. I never received an order confirmation email which made me very nervous about transaction. I never agreed to a trial offer which I was told about after filing a dispute with my bank for fraudulent charges. First, I was charged $5.99, not $4.99 which was advertised and another charge of $0.05 both on 1/**/14. Then I was charged a $99.99 fee on 2/**/14 which I did not authorize. I filed a dispute with my bank. I called today, 2/**/14, to check the status of an update. They said I ordered a trial offer and did not cancel after 14 days and was charged $99.99. I then called phone number the bank gave me and the number was disconnected. I then looked up Slim Trim PM phone number to see if they had another working number. I spoke with a woman who was not pleasant to speak with and did not want to help me at all. I never received an order confirmation email either so I would not have any contact number to call and cancel.

We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. [redacted] placed an online order at [redacted] on 1/**/2014 for a 14 day trial of our product. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. We do apologize if [redacted] Dutton felt the terms were not presented but the order cannot be placed without the consumer checking the box that they agree and have read the terms associated with the trial offer.

The Terms and Conditions state that the customer will be charged a non-refundable fee of $5.99 plus applicable taxes for shipping of a 30 day supply of the product. The customer will then have 14 days to evaluate the product and if they are not satisfied, can call our customer service and incur no further charges. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so that the customer may return the unused portion of the product. The Terms and Conditions also clearly state that this 14 day trial begins on the day the product is ordered. If the customer elects not to contact us to obtain an RMA number within 14 days, he or she will be charged $99.99 plus applicable taxes for the product. The trial time that the customer has to evaluate the product is for free but the merchandise itself is not.

As we did not hear from [redacted] within 14 days, our system went ahead and automatically charged her $99.99. Tracking of the merchandise confirms delivery to [redacted]'s address. You can track the following tracking # at USPS.com: [redacted]. Our customer service number is located on the label of the merchandise as well as our website. [redacted] contacted our customer service department for the 1st time on 2/**/2014, at which time the dispute had already been filed. Once a dispute is filed there are specific protocols that we have to follow. When a customer files a dispute we can cancel their account from any further charges but cannot provide additional information about refunds or account information without the financial institution on the line. The customers financial institution will investigate the charge in dispute and they will determine whether or not the customer is due a credit. Due to the dispute filed [redacted] will need to contact her financial institution for the findings of the dispute.
