Review: ORDERED PRODUCT, WAS GOING TO HAVE A 7 DAY TRIAL, NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT.THEY CHARGED ME $99.99 FOR THE NEXT MONTH OF 30 DAY BOTTLE OF MEDICINE, NEVER RECEIVED THAT EITHER. THEY SAID THEY HAD 30 DAYS TO SEND IT OUT, WHEN ON THEIR WEBSITE IT SAYS WILL BE SENT OUT FOLLOWING DAY. SO IN ALL ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND NO PRODUCT AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR NOTHING AND OFFERED TO JUST GIVE ME 25% BACK AND NO PRODUCT!Desired Settlement: WANT MY MEDICINE AND REFUND!

Review: The product SlimTrimPM was offered for FREE Trial (pay only Shipping) (within a few weeks my account was charged an additional $99.99 (I called the company ###-###-#### on Monday April [redacted] and spoke with a man named [redacted]; he assured me that once my Bank sent in the info showing this charge to my CC Acct he would have it taken care of and my credit card removed from there business account. I called my bank today, nothing was done; I then called the company again, asked for [redacted] and was told no [redacted] worked there and nothing was updated on my acct. The gentleman ([redacted]) I spoke with was talking so fast I just about could understand him; I got the info I needed to return the product and then checked there sight. SO MANY COMPLAINTS also stating money charged to their credit card without their approval (IS this not against the law???) from the message I could see, some sent the product back and still got nothing; I plan to cancel my cc# and get new acct issued all due to this company, Something is very wrong and how many people are they doing this to.Desired Settlement: Please stop this company from taking over the public, they are another scam just taking advantage of the publci

Review: I signed up for a free trial of the product for $5.99. The website did not disclose the conditions. It is apparently a trial membership that must be cancelled or they will continue to charge outrageous prices. Two weeks later, they charged me $99.99. I filed a dispute with my bank, cancelled my debit card and got a new one. I was notified the next day by my bank that they could not give the money back because it was a trial membership that I did not cancel. I waited two more weeks for the product so that I could send it back before calling them for a refund. I never got any more products. I called about the charge. They told me that they had tried to charge my card four more times and did not send the product because the transaction was declined each time(due to the cancellation of the debit card). I told them that I wanted the money back because I never received the product and that I would have sent it back if I had gotten it. They told me that they were not able to give me a refund because I got the bank involved and that I would have to settle the matter with my bank. I checked with my bank and they told me what I already suspected, that they could not give me the money back, I needed to settle this with the company, and that they probably told me this as an excuse to keep the money.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $99.99 and I would also suggest that they make the full details of the conditions more apparent.

Review: This company offered a free "Trial Offer" of 2 weight loss products (SLIMTRIM PM AND TRYLIPOG3). The weight loss pills began arriving with invoices indicating a price of $0.00. However, my checking account was debited $99.99 on 1/**/14, $99.99 on 1/** and 109.99, also in January. I was also charged a transaction fee of over $3.00 per transaction. There was no indication that I was being charged this exorbitant fees from the invoice that arrived with the products (each invoice indicated a fee of $0.00), until I received my bank statement. This is a classic bait and switch scam that consumers need to be aware of. I have since canceled the products. I didn't lose weight but my bank account did!Desired Settlement: BUYERS BEWARE! OTHERS DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THIS ONLINE SCAM! THE PRODUCTS ARE CALLED (SLIMTRIM PM AND TRYLIPOG3)! THEY ARE BOTH SOLD ONLINE AND ADVERTISED AS "[redacted]" RECOMMENDED.

We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. [redacted] placed an online order at [redacted] on 12/[redacted]/2013 for a 14 day trial for one of our products, LipoG3. When the customer is done placing the order they will receive a "pop-up" that re-directs them to [redacted], where they can chose to try our "lose weight while you sleep" product on a 14 day trial basis. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of each trial offer. We do apologize If [redacted] feels that the terms were not presented but the order cannot be placed without checking the box that the terms were read and understood.

The Terms and Conditions state that the customer will be charged a non-refundable fee of $5.99 plus applicable taxes for shipping of a 30 day supply of the Lipo G3 and $5.99 for the Slim Trim PM. The customer will then have 14 days to evaluate the product and if they are not satisfied, can call our customer service and incur no further charges. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so that the customer may return the unused portion of the product. The Terms and Conditions also clearly state that this 14 day trial begins on the day the product is ordered. If the customer elects not to contact us to obtain an RMA number within 14 days, he or she will be charged $99.99 plus applicable taxes for the Lipo G3 and $99.99 for the Slim Trim PM. The customer will continue to receive a fresh new 30 day supply, every 30 days until they contact our customer support department to cancel. We do apologize for any confusion regarding the trial ter[redacted]

As we did not hear from [redacted] within 14 days, our system went ahead and automatically charged her the 2 charges if $99.99 mentioned above. The $3.00 transaction fee mentioned in the complaint is not a fee charged by us. The transaction fees of $3.00 mentioned are foreign transaction fee's charged by her financial institution. We have no control over the customers bank or credit card institution charging this fee.

[redacted] contacted our customer support department for the 1st time on 3/**/2014. This is why she received multiple shipments/billings. When ever a customer calls our customer service department they are presented with the offer to accept a partial refund to keep the merchandise, that is applied immediately, instead of returning the merchandise and waiting for a full credit. [redacted] does not recommend or promote our product. [redacted] promotes the ingredients found in our products but in no way are the products themselves advertised as [redacted] recommended.

In the interest of maintaining customer goodwill, we have gone ahead and provided a credit for the all charges mentioned in the complaint. [redacted] can expect to see this credit in her account within the next 1-5 business days. There are 2 credits of $109.98 and 2 credits of $99.99. We hope that this resolution satisfies [redacted]'s complaint, and sincerely apologize for any confusion that may have been experienced. If there is anything further that we can do to assist in this matter, please do reach out to us directly at the number provided below.
