I don't except the response simply because it's been too long since she said she would begin paying my money back I didn't agree on a $700 payoff.I want full refund due to her negligence of handling her business,in the amount of $1,050.00. She literally, stole my money!!

have flights on hold to confirm the return times if they were what they wanted. When they visited me at my church 9/27/15 they told me whenever was fine as long as they got back. While finalizing travel plans 10/1/15 I was booking her on a return flight that I had booked for her fiance and told her via text message hers would be the same flight as his, but would have to book it later that day as my card had maxed out but would be available to reload later that day. During the early morning hours 10/1/15 I sent her text messages asking which hotel would she like if she didn't want were the group was staying because there was a change in plans. She responded and informed me where the group was staying was fine and I booked their room there. I did tell her I was booking her return flight with her fiance later that day via text message and the reason for the delay. However she did not take the flight booked for her under flight locator [redacted] as given to her. I am not sure who she called that indicated that the flight was not confirmed as it had been booked mid September on Frontier airlines. I was informed by someone on the same flight that she was a no show for the flight. Airline tickets are non refundable so a credit is in place with her name on it minus the penalty. The airline was gracious enough to do that because no shows usually forfeit the entire cost of the ticket as their terms and conditions indicate. On the itinerary provided it clearly states that once the tickets are purchased are non refundable and any cancellation fees are governed by the respective airline. Since the 2nd party involved has changed the e mail address I have no access to request a refund in her behalf. No return flight was made for her since she no showed for the outbound flight and I agree that she should get that portion refunded to her. She continues to send me many lengthy text messages in harassment and also visited my church, involving my Pastor which he has nothing to do with this. I do not feel safe in her presence. My intentions are to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Many things went wrong with this booking but arrangements were in place to ensure that everyone traveling was accommodated and returned back, including her. I am not responsible for her no show whatever her reason for flights and cannot offer a refund for the ticket and hotel unused.

Everything she said is a lie.
When I paid $500 the flight and hotel was supposed to be booked at the same time. When I called the airlines they said I did not have a return flight home.
She was paid $19,000 and some of the players were stranded and had to get back on their own.

I will review this account to see about refunding the $200. Agency fees of $120 are non refundable. I will further research and respond.

I am well aware of this customer's issue regarding this trip. He paid $495 making a payment for one person who he did not have a room mate, as the cost is per person based on 2 persons in a room. At travel time he still didn't have a room mate...

and I was prepared to cover him for at least 2 nights of the hotel stay, which I had. Yes others were contributing to the team's expenses but since he had no room mate, he stated he could possibly lodge with others for the next two nights. The cost was based on 2 per room. Return flights were being covered but he did not take the outbound flight which was purchased. Airline tickets are non refundable so I cannot offer a refund for the ticket that was purchased under the impression he was still going. Had he informed me that he was not going to take the trip I could have halted any further booking but was not aware until I was told by another traveler that he was a no show on the flight. He asked me if I could possibly work a "miracle" that he could get in hotel room for as much as I could and I did but the hotel reservation was also non refundable. I am in the process of trying to get what I can refunded from the unused airline ticket but cannot recuperate the unused funds from the hotel. He paid the final payment 2 days prior to the trip so I was not sure he was able to take the trip. I would have been better to have cancelled than to no show for the flight. All terms and conditions are on the itinerary regarding cancellation, missed flight and once tickets are booked the respective airline terms and conditions apply as the funds have been turned over to the airline.

I received the response and I am not satisfied with it. First of all, the dollar amount is $500, not $495. The way the package was sold was two people per room for $500. I told her if I didn't have a roommate, I could not afford to go. She assured me I could go on the trip for $500. Days before the departure date I kept asking where is the itinerary? There was never an itinerary produced for the group. It did not list any departure dates, return flights, or hotel arrangements. She keeps texting me telling me she is going to pay me. She continues to feed us information as if she is going to provide a refund of $277.

My name is [redacted]. The daughter of [redacted] and I have permission to speak on behalf of my parents and sister as well as myself. The least you can do is respond to this matter after we were all robbed out of money. This trip was ruined and what we payed we didn't receive the proper accommodations. We had to come out of more money intended and spend our vacation from work stressed out and uncomfortable. This is not what we payed 495.00 for. My dad spent a total of 1200.00 additional to help with this not to mention 250.00 for airfare that was originally supposed to be payed for as well as his 695.00 for two ppl. My sister and I worked our Butts off to pay off our trip. We are single parents. Imagine if u were on vacation and u had to stay room to room going back and forth because the agent screwed up. What would you do?? How would you feel? I was never notified any updates or changes until I called myseld. I was left in the dark about everything and not one time was I tried to b reached concerning flights and my hotel stay. I'm not a child. I payed my own way so I would expect the same as everyone.
