This company truly delivers on what they promise. Outstanding service. Courteous technicians and very detailed. Loved every minute of the experience. They cared about every detail, from protecting my baseboards and walls and carpets to carefully reinstalling grills, grates and every point that they inspected and serviced. Needless to say I was very very impressed. Will I use them again? Absolutely. Did I feel like it was a great value? Absolutely. Will I recommend them every chance I get? Without hesitation.

The team showed up early, did a quick walk around, got the job done. The vents look so much better, the house smells better. When the AC fired up no dust, dander, hair or anything came out. The guys cleaned up and left no trace that they were even here other then the great job they did.

Two very nice gentleman came into my home. They were very respectful and they did their work diligently. they always ask me before they move a table to get to one of the vents or whatever the case may be because I did not have it accessible to them, like I should have. I'll definitely be seeing these guys in a couple years when I need to get my ductwork cleaned again.

Gentlemen were polite and professional. They called to let us know when they were enroute to clean out the dryer vent. They thoroughly cleaned out the vent and the mess left behind. I will call again in the future.

Planet Duct did a great job cleaning our dryer vent. It had been 10 years since being cleaned and our clothes were taking way too long to dry. I watched the process and they showed me the reason for our problem.....a blocked vent on the roof! It was a solid block of lint, which they explained can be the reason for home fires. They were on time, courteous and did a great job cleaning up the mess. Thank you thank you for making our home safer.
