We were very impressed with the thorough cleaning that Planet Duct provided. They arrived promptly on time, and took great care not to track dirt and debris into the house by laying down protective cloth runners and wearing booties over the shoes. The process was thoroughly explained before the work began, and all my questions answered to my satisfaction. The equipment used was professional quality, designed specifically for vacuuming furnace ducting. Excellent results!

On time, resourceful (an old house with odd ductwork, etc.), thorough, and excellent customer service. The result? Less dust (don't wake up with a film of dust on my glass's lenses every morning!), and a much more efficient furnace. How do I know it's more efficient? The smaller rooms are too hot and I've closed the vent openings. Same thermostat setting, and this house is toasty. I am very impressed with their work.

We thought our dryer was not working right since our laundry was not drying. The dryer repair guy told us that the dryer was fine, the vent duct was most likely clogged with lint. Josh and Marcus arrived right on time and cleaned the duct. They didn't need to move the dryer or disconnect it from the wall. They reamed the duct and vacuumed all the lint out from the roof. They took pictures to show us the pile of lint they removed. The dryer is working like new again, we are so happy. We will definitely be having Planet Duct return on a regular basis.

Thorough estimation check of my house : 5000+ sq ft and two furnace duct systems. 2 man crew arrived on time, set coverings to protect wood flooring and staircase corners, described what & how the work would be performed. Work was completed professionally and satisfactorily. Before/ after photos provided to me with the invoice. Highly recommended

Marcus and Josh showed up on time, performed with great professionalism and courtesy. The whole job was completed in 2 1/2 hours, including cleanup and repositioning of furniture.

Totally professional. Very neat, cleaned all the ducts in my house so quickly and quietly that it seemed like minutes. The house smelled much better with all the dust and dirt gone. I highly recommend this crew to clean your heating ducts and dryer lines. They also wore shoe covers and were dressed like pros.

Plane Duct did a great job at my house! They were on time and started work right away. The before and after pictures tell the complete story. My ducts are very clean. Their process is the best I have seen. They were careful with my walls as they put bumpers on all the corners. They left the house just as it was when they showed up. My wife and I recently purchased a house that was occupied by five dogs. My wife is allergic to dogs and we asked Planet Duct to come out and make sure the ventilation system was clear of any dander and debris. They went above and beyond to make sure the system was ready and clean. They showed up on time, answered any and all of my questions, and were professional the entire time. When I first called Planet Duct, Brandon - the owner - answered the phone. He fully answered all my questions, telling me what to expect and how he would do the job. Then he did the unexpected - he told me about his competitors. He said they were good companies; he said they employed the same techniques his company employs; he suggested that I call them. Well, I already had, and none of them even mentioned their competition, let alone suggesting that I call them. This told me that Brandon has a high level of confidence in his business - that he believes his employees are the best in the business and his customer service would be outstanding. Brandon didn't say this - I said this, and I was right. And you'll be doing yourself right in hiring Planet Duct to do the job.
