I opened an account for me and my wife a year ago and they were advertising - no contract - just monthly fee - no commitments etc...

Today we were charged 85$ on my account and when I called they said " Oh it was in the contract" and yes it is for maintenance.

I was never told and the contract was all on a electronic pad that you basically either read 10 pages or just click agree. they were not straight forward in their advertisement. Nor they told us about this annual fee. all they said is "1$ down and just the monthly fee afterwards"
