My car had no issues with delayed starts, overheating, or rough idol until after being repaired by this body shopI can provide evidence Of this through the Keik Kar in golden triangle, where all of the car's maintenance has been doneI would have expected the stop to notate any of these issues during the initial repair if there were any signs of further damage, as they did a thorough job of checking for damage since claims were filed to my insurance company during the initial repairsThe body shop did not notate any of the damage that the car experienced after being repaired by the body shopThe fact is, my car overheated for the first and only time days after getting a radiator installed by this body shop, a radiator they admit was damaged and needed to be replacedThis overheating led to further damaged on my car While the financial impact to the value of my car is estimated to be dollars, I am only seeking to be refunded the dollars that the body shop charged me.I'm hopeful the Revdex.com can resolve this, as I have still not heard a plan from the body shop, or received evidence that a second opinion was received at the Kwik Kar on DavisIf I do not hear an offer, I will be filing with small claims court by the end of the month

So for starters, the customer service is lacking by some people thereBasically, everyone but Tracy Jenn has absolutely no people skills and should not be allowed to interact with anyoneWhen I called about my car, she interrupted me, spoke over me, and then hung up on meI then called back in which, she hung up on me again and did not allow me to say anythingAll I had called for was to see if they had finally received the part that was missing on my car after over a month Jack(?) the owner just had excuses for the whole situation and spoke down to me as if I didn't know what was going on So here's what happenedI called to have them work on my car and they picked it up from another body shop on June 7thI was told that the car wouldn't take to long and I would be ready in a few days so I was looking at Wednesday of the following week which was the 14thIt was not ready and was then told it would be the next daySo I called the next day and then was told it would be FridayAgain, I called back Friday, and Jenn reassured me it would be ready on SaturdayI called and once again, I was told that the were still missing a part and that it wasn't finished even being paintedThis then carried over to the following week and I was then able to pick up my car on June at pmI arrived a little after pm and it still wasn't readyHe hadn't put the door onI was also informed that they still hadn't received a part and they would call me to put it onWhen I finally got my car, it was missing a sticker (which was minor) and there was some over spray on part of the doorThey said they would take car of it when I come backA few days later I came back when they said they received the partCome to find out it was for the wrong side of the car and they didn't check it until I got there (which is an hour drive)The owner apologized for it taking so long and things such as that and said they had to let the guy go that worked on my carAgain, I went away with out the part and was told they would order it againSo July 1st, when I came home, I opened my door to here this loud noise coming from my doorI looked and upon inspection, found that the fender was missing boltsI had to wait all through the weekend because it was a holiday and on Wednesday the 5th, I called as I went back to the shopI was trying to tell Jenn what was wrong with the car when she interrupted me and hung up on me When I got there, they put bolts into the fender and also said that's why they fired the last guy(If you knew he was a problem, why didn't you check his work?) After weeks, I finally got a call that the correct part was inEven while I was sitting in the office waiting for them to put the part on, I could hear them making excuses to another customer about their car not being ready and saying that they had to fire the painter The point isDo not take your car here if you need it back soonIt may take a while and they will give you a hundred excuses as to whyIn addition, thoroughly check the car, even the things you can't see, because there might have been some shortcuts taken and you may find yourself missing boltsFinally, don't deal with anyone but TracyShe was very nice in light of all the bad stuff going on at this shop

Planet Paint admitted that the first radiator installed on my car had a small crack in it, which is why they replaced it with another oneThe small crack in the radiator caused my car to overheat, and therefore Planet Paint should be responsible for the damage to my car (a cracked head gasket) since they initially installed a faulty radiator My insurance auditor did not dissolve Planet Paint of responsibility and is inspecting the car at Kwik Kar in Watagua early next weekMy insurance company will be reaching back out to me after the New Year on next steps Until then: 1.) Planet Paint claims they have the spark plugs they replacedI would like for them to retain the radiator they placed as well as evidence they installed a faulty one initially 2.) I would like for Jeff to produce documentation as to what the Kwik Kar on Davis inspected and what they tested 3.) As stated before, Jeff has declined my suggestions to resolve this dispute, but has not produced any of his ownI would like to hear how Jeff proposes to correct this issue, and stand by his documentation to "not be happy until you are totally satisfied with our work..." 4.) I am willing to have the Graford Service Center, and the Kwik Kar in Watagua asked about the situation as second and third opinions on what happened to my car Regards,

Mr*** I am sorry things happened the way they did you dropped off your jeep at a very difficult time for usour estimator at that time had found out she had cancer and needed time ofThe person taking her place thought your jeep was a total and was not when we received the
estimate from the ins.co.some of the parts they found where out of the Dallas FTWorth area and when we received some of the parts they where damaged and had to go back the bumper was one of them getting one with a hitch on it was hard to find the gas tank is plastic and did not come with the filler neck so the filler neck is your oem one so we are looking for a bumper with a trailer hitch on it that look like yours and I will see what I can do about your emission problem and the filler neck once again I am sorry we had this problem and would like a chance to make it right *** ***

My Jeep Wrangler was involved in an accident where Iwas rear endedI took it to Planet Collision for the necessary repairsI made repeated attempts to contact them about the progress and over the entire 1/months out so, I did not receive one single call back or emailI went to the business and voiced my complaint with them about their lack of communicationThen they blatantly lied to the insurance company which nearly forced me to pay for my rentalAfter I picked the Jeep up toward the end of October, I informed them that they tire mount is not properly aligned which makes the rear door inaccessibleIt is also missing the hitch(The old hitch was knocked into the gas tank which was cause for the repairs.) They tried convincing me they weren't liable for the hitch because the insurance company didn't send the right party number, or somethingIt had now been over months since I picked up the Jeep and they are refusing to provide the hitch, and refusing to install the p

Dear Revdex.com,The customer had bought in the car to get collision repair work done at our shopThe customer had an accident and he drove the car to his home about miles and to our location with a damaged radiator, which according to the Insurance company Investigator could have hurt the
motor. Four days after he picked up the car, he called me to tell me that the car was running hot I told him to check the fluid and if he is afraid to do it himself , I said I will send him a wrecker to tow the car to the shop He said he was at a service center and he was having them check it Since he was at the service center and I asked him bring the bill to us and I would pay for it Then couple of days later he called me to check out the hard start and he was saying that the guy at the service center said that he had a bad head gasket So, when he brought it here, I checked for the sparked plugs and the plugs showed no indication of a bad head gasketIf the head gasket were to be bad , the plugs would turn whiteI took it over to Kwik Kar on Davis blvdThey checked it and said that the fuel pressure was incorrect and that was the cause of the hard start I put in a second brand new radiator in the car which was warrantied by Ultimate coolingHe picked up the car on December 11th and then he called me on the 18th asking me to buy his car or pay him the cost of all the repair the insurance company had paid us. The insurance investigator called me and said we did all the procedure correctly and said we were not at fault In spite of it, I was willing to work with the customerBut his request for buying his car or paying back all the collision repair we did is not possible

We have offered to repair his vehicle and he has declined our offer

My experience was primarily positive Every repair that was needed was explained to meDuring the process, I was able to check on my car There was over $10,of hail damage to my vehicle and they repaired it like new The only negative was that they promised it would be finished in 2-weeks It took weeks, but it was worth the wait Everything was repaired as promised

We are in the process of finding the correct bumper. We have spoke to Mr. [redacted] and he is aware of our efforts to replace the bumper.

If I do not hear an offer, I will be filing with small claims court by the end of the month.
