I have been wanting them to make it right for over 6 months, and it's gotten me nowhere. "Wanting" to do something doesn't actually get it done. I want then to stop "wanting" and start "doing". Stop telling me you are ordering the parts and actually order them! Stop telling me you will call me when the parts come in, and actually call me when the parts come in. I have heard nothing but excuses from Planet Collision for the past 6 months. I understand the estimator was out for a few months, however, I spoke to her in person when she returned to work in October and have still been unable to get this issue resolved. I want Planet Collision to stop

Planet Paint admitted that the first radiator installed on my car had a small crack in it, which is why they replaced it with another one. The small crack in the radiator caused my car to overheat, and therefore Planet Paint should be responsible for the damage to my car (a cracked head gasket) since they initially installed a faulty radiator.
My insurance auditor did not dissolve Planet Paint of responsibility and is inspecting the car at Kwik Kar in Watagua early next week. My insurance company will be reaching back out to me after the New Year on next steps.
Until then:
1.) Planet Paint claims they have the spark plugs they replaced. I would like for them to retain the radiator they placed as well as evidence they installed a faulty one initially.
2.) I would like for Jeff to produce documentation as to what the Kwik Kar on Davis inspected and what they tested.
3.) As stated before, Jeff has declined my suggestions to resolve this dispute, but has not produced any of his own. I would like to hear how Jeff proposes to correct this issue, and stand by his documentation to "not be happy until you are totally satisfied with our work..."
4.) I am willing to have the Graford Service Center, and the Kwik Kar in Watagua asked about the situation as second and third opinions on what happened to my car.
