On 6-26-12 [redacted] & [redacted] purchased a Lazy Boy sofa & chair style (359) from Plasters Dis. Furn.  The invoice was for $1925.75.  She paid $700.00 down payment and charged 1393.20 and was to pay $150.00 monthly on bal. She was very inconsistent with payments.  Heard...

nothing from her until I added int. and sent a statement.  She called telling me she was in the hospital but would catch up when she got out.  Did not at this time mention any problem. Did not hear anything until June 2014.  She called she was having a problem.  The guys checked out the problem.  Brought it to the store a Lazy Boy salesman came by checked it out and ordered her a new one.  Lazy Boy & Plasters Furn. stand behind everything we sell.  We took her a loveseat to use until her new sofa came in.  When new one came in it was delivered in July 2014.  Everything was fine until she got a statement her payments was behind.  At this time the new couch was checked out the small problem was taken care of.  Customer assured them they were happy.  I called Dec. 8, 2014 and told them I gave credit for 200.00 as promised for her trouble.  With a bal of 518.20.  She assured me everything was fine and she would pay this amt. in 2 payments.  I didn’t receive payment like she promised.  So I sent a statement.  Then she contacted Revdex.com.  I would appreciate this matter be taken care of as we have done everything she asked.  She paid nothing in 2014.Record of payment:09-27-12   150.0001-08-12   150.0002-05-13   150.0003-02-13   150.0006-04-13   100.00

Review: bought sofa, chair 6-26-12, 4 wks later we noticed the recliner on left side wasn't working right they check it and the main piece of wood was broken into they sent it off to be repaired, could not fix it after being go about 4 months, when it was to be gone 6 wks they send me one in worse shape, the left recliner on sofa

want stay up, recliner on right will not reclined by itself cushions flat and uneven, come out to check it again and could not fix it, still owe 700.00 said they would take off 300.00 no more contact. Already pd 7,225.00 on itDesired Settlement: A new living room suite lather same as this one.
