I had been initially offered free boxed of meals by Plated and had to give my credit card number to do soWe received our first box and then I was notified that I'd be charged for the next and cancelled my subscriptionNothing came the following week which led me to believe it had in fact been cancelledThenThe next week came & I unfortunately had to be admitted not the hospital for chronic conditions I suffer fromI'd been charged unknowingly $and another box arrived in my absencedays later when I was released from the hospital, I found the box sitting on my porch, & saw that actually $had been charged to my credit cardI was being charged for yet again another box I contacted the business who did in fact vouch for the fact that they had received my initial cancellationAnd yet they stated that they'd only refund me for of the boxesThey also claimed that it would process in 3-business daysIt's now been business days and my refund has not been received! Plated scammed me and inappropriately charged $even though I cancelled and I'm extremely dissatisfied! Do NOT order from this companyThey are total scammers
