Merchant did not cancel due to any security issues with Platinum ChoiceShe cancelled due to another company purchasing her company All transaction security is done by the [redacted] The largest most secure processor in the worldThere were absolutely no instances of security breaches by [redacted] with [redacted] which is the name we have on this accountWe have never worked with a merchant called [redacted] On July 5, PCB received email from [redacted] , owner, that [redacted] has bought [redacted] and they can only work with specified vendors that [redacted] work withWe gave our address to return the terminals and pinpadsThese were not received back to PCB until July 20thEither owner is not being truthful with PCB or she is not being truthful to the Revdex.com We were notified during the month of July to close account and processor charged them the PCI Annual Compliance fee during that monthNo credits will be issued to this merchant as they had all of our terminals and pinpads almost the entire month of July and did not ask to close the account until the new month already started..that month being July

I am rejecting this response because: Platinum Choice accepted an altered contractI have sent Platinum Choice our letter stating we are leaving the contract, and have asked them to waive the cancellation feeIf they continue to refuse to waive this fee, we will pay it, but wanted it known we are paying it under protest

There is absolutely nothing altered on the merchant application and I take issue with your continued belief that anything we have done is unprofessionalI take exception to your continued accusation that anything was altered and would be happy to present our documentation in any court in this country as well as let any expert examine the signatures You processed for years without a single complaint but due to the fact that you do not want to pay a cancellation fee you continue to try to discredit Platinum Choice Bancard Please govern yourself accordingly before you accuse someone of something they did not do..and again you are probably a friend of the agent who violated her contract with us and are simply being used as a pawn in a lawsuit

Merchant never accepted credit cards before and we have no way of knowing where his credit cards will fall on interchangeThis merchant is priced at interchange plus with minimal volume. The agent gave him a baseline of where he thought his cards would fall but it is an impossibility to
determine when you have no previous card types to refer toPlatinum Choice Bancard does not determine where the cards will fall, that issue is with ***, ***, *** and *** ***The terminal did have some issues which were corrected as soon as we were notified and this was a software issue, not an issue caused by Platinum Choice Bancard. The merchant could have issued a refund immediately to his customers had he requested to do soAs soon as merchant notified us that two duplicate transactions were processed it was rectified within daysOn 1/merchant notified us that there were duplicate transactionsPer our notes below you can see this was rectified for the merchant within days.3:05pm on Thursday Jan 7th, *** *** Called *** to check on two refunds for merchant from 1/5/(1st for $/ 2nd for $3,Confirmed that both refunds did go thru, and called *** at *** *** with information
Merchant has signed a contract, has used the terminal in the months of December and JanuaryMerchant also entered into an agreement with *** ***. *** *** records every call to phone clear a lease and are very specific in their contract and in their verbal verification so there is no misunderstandings between them and the merchant on the lease. I have attached the contract with Platinum Choice Bancard and with *** *** that was clearly signed by the merchant
Platinum Choice Bancard has done everything possible and is holding the merchant accountable to the contract that he signed

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy. It appears that you have some hidden agenda that you are not disclosing to us. We do have a lawsuit going on with this agent for stealing accounts and putting them with another company which is a violation of her contract with usThis has
absolutely no bearing on your merchant credit card processing accountThe agent brought on your account and she set your rates. We simply called your company to advise you that due to these circumstances we were going to reduce your rates dramatically and offered your company a savings of over $a month in processing feesWe did this so the agent would not benefit financially by trying to move your account and make any money on it should she be successful in talking you into movingYour company would be the winner in this situation financially. This lawsuit has absolutely nothing to do with you or your company, has had no bearing on your processing abilities and your company has incurred no hardship whatsoever. Your company has been processing with us since September without any issuesNo one has called in years of processing to say an unauthorized person signed this agreement. In your terminal died and we immediately overnighted you a new terminal at no charge. To file a fraudulent complaint with the Revdex.com should be illegal. It appears that you and the agent might possibly be "friends" and are trying every way to have her move your account without incurring any fees to terminate your contract which ends in and to put a blemish on Platinum Choice Bancard's name. Finish out the term of your contract and you can leave without incurring any fees whatsoever. If you choose to leave before the end of your contract you will be charged a termination fee as stated clearly in your contract signed in 2013. Platinum Choice Bancard has a A+ rating with the Revdex.com and we will not allow you, with your hidden agenda, to affect thatWe pride ourselves in offering the best customer service, integrity and honesty with all of our merchants

I'm rejecting this response because:I still have no answer on the DATE it will be closed and if more fees will be charged to my account. You need to read the email better. [redacted] bought [redacted] NOT [redacted]. Yes, when they performed a security test they found you had breaches in the system and demanded ALL [redacted]  go with [redacted] or [redacted]. I still get emails saying I need to update my terminals with you because they are out of date. With [redacted] and [redacted] I'm ALWAYS in compliance !  I have asked 3x now when I will be canceled and if they are going to try and sneak some other fees on my account before they terminate.  I still have no answer , just the run around . I need to see an invoice this time last year showing those fees ? You say they are annual then show me last year when I paid ?   I still have no answer on that question . My next step is to file with the [redacted] and [redacted]. I will post on every site until we get some answers and dates ! I have [redacted] reviewing the charges and changing account numbers to stop this company from sneaking money from my account. If you are a merchant reading this RUN from this company !
