Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The statement by Platinum Parking is falseI was never asked for any information regarding my identity, my car, the location where the fee was issued or any other informationIf the representative had asked me for any information, I would have supplied it - I had no reason not toI had told him I handed this 'notice' at Big 'D' Towing the previous nightThe response from Platinum Parking stating that I didn't supply any information is because I was never asked for any informationAt this point if my information was relevant but I wasn't asked for it, I'm wondering how Platinum Parking didn't have a record of the 'notice'I did tell the representative that I had been handed the 'notice' by Big 'D' Towing the previous nightI asked the representative what this fee was for and he kept relying while getting more and more impatient and hostile with me, that he "didn't care" if I paid it or notI had no reason to be upset or 'belligerent' because I was being told by Platinum Parking's representative that I had the choice (by way of saying he "didn't care" if I paid it or not) of paying the fee or not, I had no cause or reason to be upsetIt made me wonder if this 'notice' was a valid fee since according to the representative it was my choice of paying the 'notice' or notWhen the representative would not tell me what the fee was for I asked him why he was yelling at me since I was calling to inquire as to what this fee was forThe representative replied "Because I get bogus calls like this all the time"He continued to only say he "didn't care" if I paid the fee or notWhen I asked the representative for his name so I could reference the representative I spoke with about this, he told me "My name is irrelevant" When I reiterated that it was my understanding that it was my choice/prerogative to pay this fee or not, he said one more time that he "didn't care" if I paid it or not, then said "I'm done with this call" and hung up on meSince the representative did not, according to the last response issued, know any information about the 'notice' and I was handed this 'notice' at the Big 'D' Towing lot, I'm wondering who actually issued this 'notice'It was handed to me by the representative at Big 'D' Towing which makes me question where the 'notice' was generated since Platinum Parking had no information on my identity, my vehicle, ectSincerely, [redacted]

Ms [redacted] 's vehicle was parked in a private property parking lot in Greenwood (We have included a couple of pictures taken of her vehicle while parked in the lot.) Her vehicle was parked in a [redacted] Only reserved parking space and was not inside [redacted] The parking attendant who was working that parking lot that day took pictures of Ms [redacted] 's vehicle and issued the vehicle a parking notice The parking notice was placed on the windshield of the vehicle at that time- days after the incident occurred, we mailed out a dunning letter to the registered owner (Ms [redacted] ) of the vehicle informing them of the outstanding debt that is owed since we had not received payment This is the Final Notice that Ms [redacted] is referring to There are signs posted at the entrance to the parking lot informing drivers that the parking lot is monitored There are signs posted throughout the parking lot informing drivers of the terms and conditions of parking in the lot Every reserved parking stall is painted on the ground that the parking space is reserved

RE: ID # [redacted] ; [redacted] * [redacted] Dear Revdex.com: We are in receipt of your letter regarding the above referenced ID and our response is asfollows: [redacted] parked his car on private property in a Subway Parking Only parking space andwas not in Subway when our attendant came by and checkedOur attendant went into theSubway store and asked every customer in the store if they were driving the vehicleOurattendant even checked in the bathrooms to make sure no one was thereOur attendant thenwent outside and placed a parking notice on the windshield of Mr [redacted] ’ car and subsequentlyleft. We never received a dispute letter from Mr [redacted] The only communication wereceived from him was on 12/17/when he called our office at 9:pm wanting to pay theparking notice onlineWe informed Mr [redacted] that we do not accept payments onlineThatwas and is the only communication we’ve had from Mr [redacted] Sincerely,Platinum Parking,

Mr [redacted] parked his car in a commercial pay lot He stated that he went to the sign to find out how to pay for parking and then went inside the Century Link store to complete his payment online When he saw our attendant standing behind his vehicle issuing the parking notice he came out of the store and complained about only being gone a short time, not that he was inside trying to complete the online purchase of his parking. We suggested that Mr [redacted] stay near his parked car until he has completed paying for parking That way there is no misunderstanding

We are sorry that Mr [redacted] is rejecting our response We are including a picture of Mr***’ vehicle in the parking lot As you can see, he is parked within feet of one of the many signs posted The parking lot is private property and requires payment to park It’s unfortunate that Mr [redacted] did not pay for parking

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did indeed go into the [redacted] It does not state on the parking spot that you are not able to grab cash at an ATM prior to going to making a purchase I will never go to this [redacted] again and will also submit a complaint regarding what this [redacted] does to their customers Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I went ahead and wrote them a check for the extortion rate of $1350 an hour because I don't have any more time to waste shopping at small businesses. But after disputing their extortion in writing they then charged me more even while I was disputing the charge, I guess because they are a self appointed quasi royal entity. They sent me a bill for $25 more just because I questioned their decision! I assume they are not a BBB member, as they certainly don't reflect anything resembling " better". Sincerely, [redacted] ***

It is Mr [redacted] who is to blame for this incident We were polite to Mr [redacted] on the phone and it was Mr [redacted] who started swearing at us and calling us names.Mr [redacted] parked in a commercial pay lot and did not put any money into the pay box We have pictures taken of the pay box that evening showing no money in the box

RE: ID # [redacted] ; [redacted] Dear Revdex.com: We are in receipt of your letter regarding the above referenced ID and our response is asfollows: Ms [redacted] vehicle was issued a parking notice for being parked on private propertywithout permissionWe have signs posted in the parking lot stating that parking is for customersof the business only and that they must remain on the premisesMs [redacted] was nowhere on thepremises; in fact, was at a restaurant up the street The attendant placed the parking notice on the windshield of the vehicle at the time it wasissued and called the towing company to have the vehicle removed from the property If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us Sincerely,Platinum Parking, LLC

Mr. [redacted] parked his vehicle in a Subway only parking space and admitted to going to another business to pick up his food order. There are signs posted in the lot as well as the parking stall has it painted on the ground that the parking stall is Subway Parking Only. There are many other... parking spaces that Mr. [redacted] could have parked his vehicle in that weren't "reserved". Our attendant did not have the conversation with Mr. [redacted] that he describes in his complaint. It just didn't happen.

We have never received any phone messages or anything in writing from Ms. ***, otherwise we would have responded to her. After reviewing her complaint and investigating the matter, we have waived both parking notices. We have confirmed her online payment for parking. We're sorry for the
inconvenience to Ms***. If she would have disputed this with us, we would have taken care of this immediately

Mr*** is claiming that our attendant visibly saw him park and leave his vehicle Our attendants have no idea how long a vehicle has been parked in a lot when they are checking a lot The bottom line is that Mr*** parked in a pay lot and didn't pay for parking There are
numerous signs posted at the entrance as well as throughout the lot informing Mr*** that it is a pay lot and payment must be made in advance of leaving your vehicle We have included a picture of one of the signs right behind Mr*** vehicle and where he parked his car

RE: ID #***: *** *** Dear Revdex.com: We are in receipt of your letter regarding the above referenced ID and our response is as follows: *** *** vehicle v.as parked in a future resident parking space at an apartment complex that we monitor during business hoursOur
attendant issued the parking notice to the vehicle after checking inside the office and no one was thereThere was a sign posted directly in front of Mr*** vehicle informing him that the parking space was for future residents during the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pmWe have re-verified with the apartment manager that there is no record of an appointment with *** *** in her log for that daySincerely, Platinum Parking, LLC

Ms*** did not respond to us in a timely manner She did send in a written dispute after receiving the parking notice but she failed to provide her name or her return address so that we would know who she is and where to respond to her On 3/21/17, two months later, we mailed the registered owner of the vehicle a final notice That is when we got a phone call from Ms*** We then responded to her dispute, but it was well after the days allowance We do not consider two months later to be timelyWe explained all of this to Ms*** over the telephone She then went ahead and sent a partial payment of $along with a note saying that if we cash the check we are accepting her partial payment offerWhich we returned to her

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I responded in a timely manner at each juncture. I continue to believe the additional $to be out of line because I made contact with the company within hours of receipt of contact with the company.I believe the company's business practices to be predatory in nature. The company has a history of predatory practices, a quick internet search reveals similar complaintsThe business has had more egregious practices
Sincerely,

November 6Better Busi ness BureauP.OBox I 000Dupont, WA 98327RE: ID # * *** ** *** ** ***Dear Better Businss Bureau:We are in receipt of your letter regarding the above referenced ID and our response is as follows:*** *** parked his vehicle in a
commercial pay lot we manage in the University District *** *** admits he put a cash payment in the pay station and put the money in the wrong slot for which his car was parked.*** *** disputed his parking notice and we responded to his dispute by telling him that we cannot tell who put the money into the pay stationWe only know which stalls were paid and which were not It is his responsibility to pay the pay station for the stall in which he is parkedin.*** *** then called on the phone after receiving our written responseWe repeatedly informed both he and his mother that there was no way of verifying who put the money in which parking slot only that his parking stall was not paid forUnsatisfied with our response is why he is filing this complaint

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The letter was the dispute, which was what was said on the ticketI rejected the ticket because the signage in the lot was very poor and the ticket was excessivePer the return address, the letter had a return address on the envelope, and the business was able to find me with another bill, so I would say that they knew how to find me
Sincerely,
*** ***

Mr*** disputed his parking notice and we replied to his dispute on 11/21/and it was postmarked the following day 11/22/ In our response letter to Mr***, we explained why he was wrong and generously gave him an additional days to pay the notice at the original amount We
told him that any payment made after the extended days, would incur a $late fee Mr*** postmarked his payment to us on 12/08/ We credited his account for the $he sent, but then mailed him a letter informing him his payment was mailed late and he now owes an additional $late fee
As we stated earlier, we informed Mr*** in advance that we were extending his original payment due date, but his payment had to be made within days from the date of our response letter to him or he would be liable for the late fee
We feel that we were upfront about the fees and Mr*** dropped the ball and is now blaming us

As we stated before, Ms*** sent in a letter but did not provide her name or her address on either the letter she sent in or on the envelope We had no way of knowing who sent the letter until we got the information from DOL when we ran her license plate It is only after a parking notice remains unpaid for a length of time do we then go to DOL and acquire the name and address of the registered owner of the vehicle in order to send them a dunning letter That is when we acquired Ms***'s name and address and not before

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:This is no resolution to the problem of your accountingIt is possible that this 'second' paid online and so the cash Platinum Parking received in slot While on the phone with Platinum Parking they refused to check this issue.
The service of Platinum Parking is taking no regard for their customers, and has already lost a lawsuit for a payour of $50,for illegally ticketing customers when not given direct authority to do so from the state of Washington.
This shady business should be under constant surveilance with reoccuring actions like these
