I had platinum restoration come to my new home for duct cleaning this last week of January and the service given by Jeremy and his associate was top notch and professional. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for great quality work.

Have used Platinum at least 5 times. They are good at keeping their appointments and following up. Affordable rates and do a good job. I would recommend.

Excellent carpet and furniture cleaning and wonderful customer service. [redacted] did an excellent job on our very old carpets and chair. They look great and he was very personable. Their prices are very good and I would recommend them to anyone in the Milwaukee and Racine area

[redacted] of platinum restoration service (414-345-0146) cleaned our carpets and stairs also scotch guarded them. he spotted the carpet first - our long hallway was very soiled. it looks fantastic as well as our large living room and stairs. he is very personable and we recommend him highly.

J[redacted] was very accommodating when I messed up the scheduled time. My carpets look great! He offered other services for problem areas at a reduced rate which I appreciated. His co-worker was efficient and very careful in handling their hoses and equipment. It is frigidly cold today and they did their best to limit the amount of time the doors had to be open, etc. I would not hesitate to call on them again!

Platinum Restoration is a first class restoration company that my agency has been using for years. They are capable of handling a wide variety of repair and restoration services. We are confident that when we call the claim and repair will be handled quickly and professionally.

I greatly appreciated this thorough explanation. My carpets came out looking brand new and smell auper fresh. My rugs were in very rough shape I was afraid I wouldn't be as to get the colors back in my rugs but I did! I was so happy to see that! My tile was also in rough shape, the grout lines were long overdue for a service. I was pleasantly surprised to see they went back to their original color. The service was professional and efficient I would recommend Platinum Restoration to everyone.

Have tried many other carpet cleaners, this one is the best. The steam cleaning really in the way to go for high traffic areas and stain removal, and [redacted] is great to work with.

I had my upholstery cleaned by platinum cleaning and restoration. The workers had great work ethic not to mention everything in my home looks and smells brand new. Everything was done in a timely manner and very efficient. I recommend platinum cleaning and restoration to everyone! I had Platinum Restoration clean two carpets (rooms) for me for a house I'm moving into. I was extremely happy with the service that was provided. Jeremy was very nice, down-to-earth, honest with his expectations (because the carpet was in terrible condition), and most importantly fair with his pricing. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them in the future.

We hired Platinum Restoration Services to salvage the carpeting in a rental home that we own. The previous renters trashed the carpeting leaving it stained and unsanitary for the next renters. We thought the carpet would need to be replaced. A co-worker of mine recommended giving Platinum Restoration a call to see what they could do. I thought for sure the technician was going to tell me he couldn't do anything to salvage the carpet. I was so upset with how the renters left our house, the technician must have felt sorry for me because he was able to do the job right away and he made me feel a lot better about the situation. I was impressed by his professionalism and confidence. When he was finished I was amazed, the stains were gone and the sanitizer made everything smell good again... the renters didn't clean up properly with their cats and dogs. We learned a lesson about renters. Renters may not treat your home right but the technician from Platinum Restoration sure treated our home like it was his.Thank you so much for saving our carpeting.

Very prompt and clear in what could be expected with the service and what, if anything, may require additional charges. When scheduling, I wa told that I would receive a phone call day of around 10am to specify the exact time of the appointment. I received the phone call promptly at 10:00 and they showed up exactly at the time they specified.

[redacted] did a fabulous job on our carpets. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I called him for a quote and his prices were more than reasonable so I felt no need to call anyone else. He was able to get to our house within a few days of my call and did a extremely thorough job. I have already recommended him to my mom and would recommend him to anyone. He definitely aims to please.

[redacted] was very helpful and upfront with scheduling. We scheduled a regular carpet cleaning. When the technician arrived, he was trying to sell us on an upcharged service to sanitize. We stuck with what we had scheduled. Technician was done quicker than we were told to expect. But the stairs still looked dirty. There were two light stains on the carpet that were still there. This was pretty much a waste of our time and money. We should have just taken the extra time and done it ourselves.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Platinum Restoration services and my house smells amazing. I was undecided if I should replace my carpets or try to clean them and Jeremy let me know he would do his best to get them looking new again and that is exactly what he did! I was very pleased at how my house smells and how my carpets look! Jeremy was very informative on all his products and also let me know I should put my pets away while he sprayed the pre-treatment. I would highly recommend Platinum Restoration Services to any one that wants the job done right. Also very friendly and timely service. I will be using them in the future for sure.

Platinum Restoration Services was simply phenomenal to work with. We were able to schedule an appointment within one week of calling, we received a courtesy call ahead of time as promised, and they showed up exactly on time.
