We hired [redacted] and Platinum to do our office carpets and VCT. The staff was excellent to work with and did top notch work. [redacted] followed up the day after the service to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Our stairway was filthy. Probably worse then you can imagine. I just had our carpets cleaned and I can not believe how clean they are. I really did not think they would look this nice.
What made this experience even better was the Technician [redacted] Very polite and friendly. Hard working and thorough.

I work for a large real estate management group. One of the guys that works under me hired this company to clean the carpets in a building we recently acquired in Milwaukee. Platinum Restoration Services matched the price of a larger steam cleaning group in Milwaukee, but were able to start immediately, so he hired them. The quality of work was relatively poor. After he was done 80-90% of the stains remained. Also they had an issue with not having a full tank of water prior to starting the job. The individual that hired them was taken off this project due to his poor judgement. We paid a more established steam cleaning company in Milwaukee to re-do the carpets. Their results were SIGNIFICANTLY better and they showed us how much debris was left behind from the prior cleaning that was completed literally a week prior. They actually offered to contact Platinum Restoration Services to request a refund on our behalf, but we declined. From what I hear Platinum Restorations were polite and had good customer service, however we were very disappointed with the quality of work. I would imagine they would work well for smaller homes that have minimum stains in their carpets. I would urge anyone to have them clean a small section of their carpet prior to giving them the job.

We used the services of Platinum Restoration Services LLC to clean our home including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, hallway, and sofa and loveseat. We were very pleased at how professional they were and the results that we got from their work. I highly recommend their services to others and will provide positive word of mouth to friends and family. Thank you.
