I can assure you that we do not offer your book to our members. We'd recommend that you browse our collection at [redacted] to look for your titles, because it contains an exhaustive...
list of the content that's available on Playster.Occasionally we discover that external sites are misusing our banner ads, and that would appear to be the case here. We've submitted a takedown notice to an advertising network that we use, asking that they do not use our banner ad in connection with this book, and I'd be happy to follow up with you in the next few days to ensure that we've resolved this to your satisfaction.

By the time this complaint had come through, we'd already resolved it with [redacted]. We're disappointed that we were not able to provide her with the solution she'd hoped for, but we also completely understand her position and would be more than happy to end her contract...
early and refund her initial charges.We've just sent her a return label so that she can return her Playster Combo Box, and once we receive it back in the warehouse we'll cancel her membership.
The issue [redacted] has raised is not affecting all customers, and is something that can be resolved. However, she told us that she'd like to cancel her contract anyway, and it's important to us that she's happy with the outcome.
We apologize to [redacted] for the unsatisfactory experience that she's had, and I'd encourage her to contact me personally on [redacted] if she has any problems returning her device.
