I was charged twice for one transaction.. I attempted to resolve this issue with customer service who refused to refund my money or give me the credit
On September 7th I attempted to purchase a bundle for *** I recieved an error message that asked me to try again later so I did and recieced the credits no problem. However after receiving the credits I checked my card and saw I had 2 pending purchases for *** but I only recieved credits for 1. I waited thinking it would drop off since it hadn't gone through. However it did not drop off it was approved I immediately contacted support sent them the documentation and was basically called a liar and told repeatedly I got both credits. I spent over *** this month alone on this game and I've never once complained or had any issues I've never tried to get over and get free credits but I will not get ripped off for my hard earned money and be called a liar by the greedy people who pretty much stole my money.

They are extremely greedy and are very dishonest. They have rigged their game so that even when you do spend your hard earned money you still get screwed. And the only acknowledgement they give for the bad reviews, that clearly explain what issues people are having, is glad you like our game give us more stars. They are refusing to even attempted to fix any issues. They are just plain shaddy and I really wish someone would buy them out so we all can go back to enjoying the games we have been playing for years. I personally have been playing Bingo Blitz since 2011 and now due to the damaging changes they have made and the way they have fixed the game, I am about to delete it.

After reading all the negative comments I feel I should give my experiences with playtika (bingo blitz). I have been playing for years and very rarely pay to play but have not had any lingering problems. The few times I have had an issue it was resolved successfully and professionally. Their team has always been polite and helpful. Just thought I should put my 2 cents in because mostly when people want to comment on something it is because they have a complaint and feel that you should see the good comments too

Purchases made by a minor with mental disability without consent.
My 13-year-old, mentally disabled, child made over 20 purchases in the app Bingo Blitz with my credit card. These purchases were not authorized, and I had no knowledge of them. When I reached out to the company through their support link, I was informed that I am responsible for the purchases no matter who made them per their policy. I again reached out and asked for them to look further into the matter because I haven't even played the game in several years up until recently and that is when all the charges started occurring. These charges are fraudulent in the fact that a minor made them without my consent. I have put all the necessary safeguards into place since finding these purchases. I have removed the app, as well as changed all necessary passwords. I have also deleted all credit cards from my Google play account and locked them in a safe. My family cannot afford to pay over *** worth of charges on two different credit card and accruing interest as well. These purchases started in April of 2019. I have not played this game in over 3 years. Also, I have NEVER made a purchase with this game when I did play. This is further proof that these purchases were not made by my and are completely out of character. Please do the right thing and refund this money.

I have contacted them so many times and they are trying to make me jump through hoops. I submitted a complaint stating the purchase and asking for a refund. They told me to send a screenshot of the purchase. I did. They then tell me it is not valid because it was not a screenshot through GP. I took the picture of the transaction through my BANK ACCOUNT!! Wouldn't give them one star if I didn; have to. . Their promotions are lousy and when there is an issue and a promotion is not paid out they just tell you they checked with technical support and no issues were noted. They encourage people to spend money and I feel bad for the suckers who spend a ton and then rip them off. They increase the amount of coins you need to use for specials as your levels go up and make it impossible for people to play unless you spend money. It's sad bc it can be such a fun game to play by yourself or compete against family. Truly great games but for the long haul it's not worth it bc you will have no choice but to spend money. You could have billions and then all of a sudden you will get no wins for long periods of times when they do game upgrades to lessen your chances of winning. There is no way to stay ahead unless you spend a lot of money.

I had previously filed a compliant against playtika for a loss of my coin that were 2.5 trillion in which I spent over $500 accuring. They reimbursed me for 6 trillion in coin 3 days later via email. @ days later I got a big win on 2 different games for 21 trillion and some change along with 18 trillion and some change on the other game.. I got a text on the game for a VIP Slotomania game app asking me to join. I talked to the administrator and upon me joining and having to reset my app several times I was only left with 4 trillion coins and change. Now im not trying to cheat playtika because im sure they are in the business of entertainment as well as making money. But I am not trying to be mislead or cheated out of coins I won honestly. Furthermore I sent an email to their support staff but no communications came back. I feel like they gave me coins and took them back. This is such a major disappointment I hope this can be resolved by either giving me a full refund of all my purchases up to me losing my coins for the 2nd time or my coins I lost.

I contacted playtika several times on me having 2.5 TRILLION coins missing from my account on Sunday. I gave the time before complaining to see if it was a system error. Then today I lost 5 billion more.

I purchased several game packages online. I was charged different random amounts of taxes on each purchase. Also, never received my 19.99 package.
I contacted the company regarding random undisclosed tax charges and the missing 19.99 package. I sent a copy of my bank statement, and the company is refusing to compensate me accordingly. Aside from the fact that you may be able to play in Slotomania for free, you can't win, for free. And, on three occasions, they charged me twice for purchases. Slotomania says to contact Google Play, Google Play says to contact the developer. They point the finger at each other, and deny any responsibility. I can only assume, that Google Play is receiving Kickbacks, because they make it as difficult, (or impossible), as they can to get any, help! I have screenshots, and video capture, that directly contradict what Slotomania support tells me, every single time, about the issues I have.

I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of coins for the game slotomania slot machines. It is virtually impossible to win anything in this game and it is clearly rigged. Scatters come out maybe every 200-300 spins, jackpots are non existent. Customers continuously dump money into this game in the hopes of something in return and it is never given. for 5 billion coins it costs 100.00. to spin a slot, min spins are a couple hundred million which means that 100.00 lasts about 10 minutes if your lucky. That is not acceptable. We work hard for our money and to be taken like this is completely obnoxious. I need to be compensated for all the money I have given for coins that has been stolen back from me in a matter of minutes. If I am going to pay for coins to play a FREE game, I should at least get my moneys worth and a 100.00 should last a long time, not 10 minutes. I recently blew through 20 billion coins and did not hit one scatter or decent winning spin. That is not acceptable. if I do not reach some sort of agreement here and get at least 1 trillion coins put back in my account, I will be taking this further and filing a lawsuit for my money back. Google agreed that my card was abused. At least $*** was abused. I want a refund. I wasn't in Singapore and my phone was abused by my niece. She stole $900 from my mother and purchase iTunes card and Google play card and spent on these game! Look at those amount she spent! Refund me. I will delete this game. I already stop playing for a long time already!

My niece is only 14. Her mother is currently in prison hence staying with us. She even stole itunes card from a 7-11 store which I have to go down and pay for her.

Playtika, Ltd. does not standardize it's pricing for online credits, not does it have a fair rewards system and/or gameplay experience.
I have experienced problems with this company, on an ongoing basis, for the past several years. Playtika, Ltd. runs an online slot machine game called Slotomania (via Facebook game portal). There is a level/reward system in place to reward customer's/player's for continued and ongoing game play. As players play slot machines on this app, they earn experience points, which in turn accumulate. As points accumulate, players gain levels. Also, there is a "status" reward system in place that rewards players for ongoing play. I.e. the more a player plays Slotomania's machines, the more the higher their status level within the game. Currently, I am listed as a Royal Diamond member, and I am on *** within the game. This reward system, however, is unfair, and in fact can be viewed as detrimental to the player, and his personal game play experience within the app: There are certain machines (such as "Farm Fortune Markets") that entitle the player to an enhanced (and potentially more rewarding) gaming experience if his minimum bet exceeds a predetermined amount. For example, on this particular game, there is an extra bonus game available if I place a minimum bet of *** credits. What is completely unfair, in my estimation, is that other players are able to activate this same feature by placing lower bets. I have a coworker who can activate this feature, on this same game, by betting *** --which is half the mount that I must bet in order to activate this bonus feature in the game. What is disturbing is that my coworker is a higher personal level (***) within the game. In other words, the requirements for this bonus feature do not seem to scale based on player level. I feel that this Playtika is baiting me, the player, into purchasing in-game credits in order to prompt me to play games with special bonus features that require inflated requirements. Other examples of this disparity in game play, and rewards can be provided upon request. I have spent hundreds of dollars with Playtika over the last few years only to see my game play unfairly limited based on their rewards system. There have been other examples that I have personally witnessed of other players being invited to participate in special game/tournaments (that involve potentially greater payouts), that I, for whatever reason, have not been invited to participate in. This is completely unfair, because the perception is that these policies and practices are not based on purchase history, personal level within the game, or status symbol within the game.

There are several resolutions that I am seeking. I would 1) request a refund for $500 for online gaming credits that I have spent over the last few years (in actuality, I have spent MUCH more than this in Playtika's online store) becuase of the unfair rewards system that is in place; 2) Status boost to my account within the game; 3) free credits (the amount at Playtika's discretion) for potential loss in gameplay.

This gaming company insists on cheating and shorting me and refuses to reply to my open incidents.
I have opened numerous tickets reporting an issue that Playtika is cheating and shorting me on their games ( Medusa Money ) most recently I have opened the following incidents of which they refuse to respond. #'s ***, ***, ***. All the details are in the games. Playtika needs to realize that their product is NON ESSENTIAL and falls in the category of Consumer ( Wastefulness) Discretionary and they should be doing everything in their power to appease and service the customer but they refuse to do that instead they keep raising the prices of their games and lowering the payouts in order to hope the customer keep paying for these ridiculous games ( ie now lowering the payout on their wheel of spin ) Ignoring a customer incident is hardly how you go about keeping people playing your petty games. I have been complaining about this for months on this Medusa Money and have been shorted over that time millions of coins. Saturday ( 9/18/2018 ) along amounted to shorting me ***+ coins.

Either refund me $99.99 for my last wasteful purchase or credit me 15,000,000 coins which is what I estimate I have been cheated out of the last several months. When you hit the Bonus round feature it shows your winnings on the spin which enters you into the bonus round but it is never applied to your coin balance nor is it included in your winnings after the bonus round ends.

This company is nothing more then a con playing on the addiction of gamblers.
