We have taken this clients name off our email list

All of the clients orders have been refunded.  This client signed up for every 10 day service and never turned that off, so we have turned off their recurring 10 day service as well so no future orders will be automatically made per their first request into our system.

Payment has been refunded.  Last year our service included shoveling but this year it does not and was corrected on app and website to show no shoveling anymore.

We wanted to respond to complaint.Customer felt job was not up to her standards and we were attempting to find a provider to come back to property and mow again.  We continued to try and find someone to come back and mow again for free but client did not want to wait anymore so we stopped our...

Thank you for re-opening my case.  As you can see from the attached pics, the job is far from finished.

Job was refunded already, typically takes 3 business days for hold on card to be released.

We have deleted customers information from third party credit card processing company.
