Prices are high but service is good only a two year warranty on gas heater book says 6 years

I wouldn't use them again if it was the last plumber on earth. Over $600 for two flappers I could have bought for $20 at Home Depot

Our Head Nerd, John, reached out to you in Nov 2019 when this first started and refunded you a portion of the money which was agreed to have been "fair" at the time. I understand as time has passed it seems as though, the refund Plumbing Nerds provided in Nov 2019 wasn't to your satisfactory.
Since, we have reached out to you multiple times to make amends, offer assistance to correct any mistakes at no additional cost to you, and come to an agreement to what you has deemed as a fair price to have paid our certified technician to your home with a fully stocked, cleaned and insured truck to you home. All of this, of course, to try to change your experience with Plumbing Nerds and show you that our company will always try to make things right by our clients. After speaking with the owner we were able to agree to a reasonable price that we both could agree on. The company seems eager to correct any complaints and satisfy their customers.

Up front, reasonable prices. Techs were very professional and thorough, taking the time to explain how to properly use garbage disposal so I did not need to call them again.

Very efficient and honest!! It is so hard to find a reputable company who wants to help you more than charge you. It was very smooth calling and speaking with great customer service. I've never used a flat-rate fee plumbing service before. I really liked it. The technician (Marco) was super informative, pleasant, and worked through some issues we had with poise. He ended up having to go into our attic to turn off some water lines, and that was no easy feat. Along the way he kept us informed of what he was doing and in the end, we got our problem resolved. I highly recommend these Nerds, especially if you can get Marco !
