I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I
contracted Plumbing today inc to install municipal water supply to my home for the sum of $I paid a down payment of $on July 29th Plumbing today inc could not deliver what was contracted and no work was ever performedAfter weeks of effort on my part to recover my down payment, plumbing today would only refund $The check that I received was unsigned and uselessI have yet to receive ANY money in returnRegards, *** ***

Per consumer's phone call, business has never made contact again regarding unsigned check or wrong amount and have not made good on his refund.He filed in Albany City Court with date of 10/31/The business actually wanted him to sign a release with for the lessor amount as payment of refund in fullHe did not sign and won't accept

Clearly, Plumbing Today, Inctook the "estimate" they sent me on 6/16/and copied/attached my signature for the work they performed on 5/23/when I originally contacted them to snake the basement pipes. They were paid for this work. The attached files which are print out screen shots from my email account evidence this:FILE: May 23, signed estimate with invoice for $ for work performed and paid for.FILE: June 16, BLANK estimate emailed to me AFTER they performed unauthorized "work".If you inspect the signature, you will see what was done by Plumbing Today with intention to misrepresent the facts.Please add FRAUD to my list of complaints!

In response to your letter from *** ***Our invoice states clearly" results typically returned within weeks time"The customer signed the workorder acknowledging thisIn this case however it took a little longer, results were mailed to customer on 4/28/We apologized for the delay
Enclosed is a copy of the results of her water test . Thank you

Correct you installed a hot water heaterbut you were called back twice because of an issue with not having HOT water!! IF you knew what you were doing, and I even mentioned it BOTH times they were at my houseasking about what the 'clicking' wasmaybe check the pressure gauge and see that it was dropping up and down constantly and the 'clicking' was coming from the well pump because of the broken pipe under the house Yet all you did was replace the elements which yes one was definitely defective and you were going to come back out and charge us $to replace the hot water heater with another one and still would not have fixed the issue as you aren't looking at what the other possible issue could beplus refuse to give us any further warranty on it which is a crock!! I don't expect them to pay anything since they aren't honest peopleit's the principal of the matter and I hate to see someone else get ripped off by themand I find it interesting that the guy that came out to install it to begin with quit guess he figured out how crooked they are and didn't want to be associated with them either

The consumer called and stated the business finally gave them a full refund after a very long delay

*** stated a full refund was provided to the consumer.There were guys there for days and he was complaining one tech was too young to know what he was doingHe was fully trained and qualified, and of age to perform the service

TTHE WATER LINE UNDER HIS TRAILER HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE JOB WE DIDWE INSTALLED A HOT WATER HEATER WHICH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH A PIPE UNDER HIS TRAILER,

attached is a copy of the invoice for the work performed and for an estimate for addition work required.? Additionaly Mr *** contact Home Advisor on 10/10/to request a repair to his septic systemjust as we had advised him

This has been resolved she recieved a full refund! I dont understand why the consumer is so quick to contact you but when we give a full refund they neglect to contact you to let you know that.? You should contact her and make sure she has gotton it if there is anything else I can do to CLOSE

That never happened we do however have on cameraMr. [redacted] screaming at employees trying to work and callings them incompetent. I apologize for taking so long to answer but I have been out of the office since 7/28/16 with a serious illness.  Mr. [redacted] was issued a full refund today he should receive it shortly.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. It took 6 months for my refund to come and it never would have happened had I not filed a dispute through my Mastercard. They did not refund me in full as they still charged me to camera inspect the sewer lines, which I believe should have been included in the free estimate they offered. Karen is very rude and hangs up on you. I would not recommend this company to anybody. I called Robert [redacted] twice as I was unable to reach the company, and he is also very rude and he claimed I threatened him. I am a senior, why would I do that?
