Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Poseidon Media Group did not have authorization to provide services for usThere is no signed contract and no email trail that substantiates their point of viewOur CEO requested a refund very soon after the money was withdrawn from our account and indicated directly to them that it was not authorizedI will be happy to provide Revdex.com a copy of this email if it is helpful Regards, [redacted]

Customer did in fact purchase a non refundable donation sponsorship for a discounted rate of $ Customer was sent the receipt, thank you letter, and w-which clearly state that the purchase are final and non refundable The customer called the follow day to try to cancel because he found out that the schools was not doing and work with him right now and was explained that he was not going to sponsor a school that was not going to work with him There is no valid reason for a refund as it clearly states that all purchases and sponsorship are non refundable

There was in error on my behalf in submitting the response to Ms [redacted] and I deeply apologize for any inconvenience Ms [redacted] is correct that she was doubled billed by an error in the upgraded accounting software from QuickBooks She is due a refund and if it has not been issued already will be done today Again I deeply apologize

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The response from the business does not address my complaint. My complaint is that for the past two years, the business has not had a contract with the high school as they have claimed. We contributed money based on that claim and per the high school's athletic director, the high school hasn't seen a product or received any correspondence for the past months. The contract that the business produced in its response was cancelled. The product picture was from 2013. We did not receive copies of the products (as promised in the business's response). I would like to see all of the and products produced for the high school, or I would like to have my money refunded. In addition, the business called us recently requesting contributions for 2016. Again, this is fraudulent since there is no contract in place. The business also claims that the Revdex.com complaint is the first it has heard of this issue. That is absolutely not true. We discussed this situation will the representative that called us asking us for money. We were promised a follow up phone call which we did not receive. Finally, I am not alone in my claims that this business is fraudulent, unprofessional, annoying, and unethical. 100% of their *** reviews are negative. I wish I had checked *** before I contributed

Gentlemen:
In addition to the credit card payment of which I am asking a refund, I also paid $in April of for advertising for posters (Spring, Fall & Winter 2014). It was not until after the January 27th, 2015, payment that I learned that only one of these posters was ever produced. In an email written to Mr*** at *** *** High, *** *** stated that if they are unable to produce, they move the sponsors to the next season. Therefore, they still owed me advertising on two posters. They had no business soliciting more funds from me when I actually had a credit. I do not believe there is anything to discuss. I informed Mr*** that I no longer wished to be involved and requested a refund on my credit card for $618. This request was made by email on three occasions. He may have a contract with *** *** High School but that really is not the issue. He still owes me advertising space on two more posters from last years sponsorship. He states that he would be happy to discuss this, but the last time I spoke on the phone to Mr***, he was rude, insulting and used foul language. Frankly, I have never been spoken to in such a manner. Again, I want my credit card refunded for $618.00.Regards,*** ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Again, I am not interested in supporting anything and I refuse to do business with anyone who speaks to me in an insulting and rude manner. Just refund my credit card in the amount of $
Regards,*** ***

Mr*** received a 4xat a discounted rate of $From $and was placed on the posters as promised Because we outsource our printing, it is impossible to have an order for posters as there are printing industry standards for offset press printing of pieces thus requiring a minimum of pieces to even preform a unit order As with any advertising, there is no guarantee of phone calls or business and Mr*** was never promised anything of the sort The responsibility of this company, as per our signed agreement with the school, is to deliver the posters to the school That responsibility was completed The school has the responsibility of distributing the posters as they see fit in the community Mr*** did not pay the $additional to have a poster mailed to him and thus did not receive a copy I have attached the poster as proof that he did in fact receive a 4x4, but I continue to disagree that he was ever promised the premier spot as none sold on that particular season What was stated in the last response is that it would not be approved by the supervisor that took the order from Mr*** to have a premier spot on the poster at that rate That is the reason that supervisors must confirm all information with the customer before the transaction can be completedWe are not in a position to promise business to anyone and Mr*** has been in business long enough to know that any advertising is not guaranteed to return business We wish Mr*** all the best in his business and would be happy to discuss this further with him should he wish to call me personally at ***

Thank you for your response I feel that it is importation for you to review all the terms of the agreement I feel that it would be helpful for you to communicate with me directly to understand what the entire process entails so that you can be educated as to why schools ask us to handle this portion of advertising for them Your support is not lost and it is appreciated at all levels I do encourage you to reach out to me directly and understand the contract, process, and final result I am confident that once you take the time to understand it from a global perspective, you would be in agreement that we are an outstanding organization, and that we help hundreds of thousands of kids, families, schools, and staff. The first item to cover is that the school never cancelled with my company at any time nor did we receive any correspondence from either your company or the school regarding and issues that may be at hand I do believe that the new person you spoke with is confusing us with another company as that is the reason that the school switched to us in the first place We took over the contract from another organization that had difficulties completing the project We have strict guidelines for the handling of cancellations or customer request for return calls We address any problem that arises and such is the reason that we are accredited with the Revdex.com The Revdex.com is a highly respected organization and takes great measures to ensure that the customer and the business are in communication to resolve any issues and thus is the reason that we are communicating now Regarding ***, they are an online service that does not have the option of mediating on behalf of both the customer and the business The person that you spoke with is not the person that signed the contract nor has anyone that you named contacted our organization in any way. I feel that it is important to take a look at the dates of the *** complaints, review the positive feedback that is pushed down, and consider the fact that we have over 1,000,customers that we service, I am confident that you would agree that we have an outstanding record of performance *** has pushed down positive reviews of our performance and let negative responses be the highlight When you consider that these negative responses are not even valid claims, and the fact that we work with over one million people, that is an acceptable percentage all being that I do strive for 100% satisfaction As the CEO I do wish to satisfy everyone of the one million customers, but have not found the solution to that as of yet Should you have any ideas that I can implement I would be happy to discuss. Regarding your support, there is clear verbiage in the agreement that we supply products based on the response of the community Thankfully we have found enough sponsors to produce another set of media for the school and it will be delivered on time at which point you can be supplied a copy of the products upon request It takes a tremendous amount of time and resources to complete the projects that are at handThus is the reason that the schools reach out to us to help Please do not lose sight of the fact that the schools are not able to do this on their own and that is the reason why they sign contracts with us If they could do it on their own, they would There are not enough parents, teachers, or other volunteers to handle such a massive undertaking This is a difficult task to accomplish and we have an outstanding record of achievement. I feel that it would be helpful for you to communicate with me directly to understand what the entire process entails so that you can be educated as to why schools ask us to handle this portion of advertising for them Your support is not lost and it is appreciated at all levels I do encourage you to reach out to me directly and understand the contract, process, and final result I am confident that once you take the time to understand it from a global perspective, you would be in agreement that we are an outstanding organization, and that we help hundreds of thousands of kids, families, schools, and staff I can always be contacted at our toll free number listed on your receipts, thank you letters and other email correspondence I thank you for your time and I feel confident that the issue at hand can be resolved

Poseidon Media Group does in fact hold the contract for the school named and will produce a product based on the schools submission of artwork and content If the school does not provide content after a period of seasons, Poseidon Media Group will produce a poster based on what content can
be retrieved from the schools website We do in fact continue to maintain the contract and will be happy to provide the Revdex.com with a confidential copy of the contract should that be necessary I have attached the Spring poster that was created for *** *** based on their last submissions We are in process now of producing another Spring poster for the school or a fall poster depending on the time that the school submits their content We are happy to have the client as a sponsor and will be happy to discuss this matter in person if the client would like to contact client relations at 800-630- Thank you again for your kind support

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The response from the business does not address my complaint.  My complaint is that for the past two years, the business has not had a contract with the high school as they have claimed.  We contributed money based on that claim and per the high school's athletic director, the high school hasn't seen a product or received any correspondence for the past 24 months.  The contract that the business produced in its response was cancelled.  The product picture was from 2013.  We did not receive copies of the products (as promised in the business's response).  I would like to see all of the 2014 and 2015 products produced for the high school, or I would like to have my money refunded.
100% of their [redacted] reviews are negative.  I wish I had checked [redacted] before I contributed.

I want to thank you for the response that was sent from the customer and I look forward to the opportunity to clarify the situation at hand.  I have attached the contract and the product that was created for the school and the customer which does clearly display that the advertisement that was...

purchased was indeed printed.  We take great pride in serving hundreds of schools and thousands of students and programs.  You can see by the confidential contract attached, we serve the school and the public based on the response from the local community.  We were able to produce a beautiful product for the school and advertising sponsors.  It is customary to supply a copy to each person in the community that participated upon request. We have an ongoing contract with the school and we continue to produce sponsors and products as outlined in the agreement to date.  We have never received any phone calls, emails or other correspondence from the school stating anything other than the fact that they were happy with the products.  To our knowledge, the school was very happy with the agreement and had no intention of termination. The customer had stated that our organization made several phone calls regarding sponsorship and advertising.  This may be true as we try very hard to accomplish the goals that are set out before us by the task at hand, but our staff is very well trained in ethics and customer service.  I would like to hear from the customer regarding the specifics of the calls so that I may address them, but to this day we have never had any request, phone calls, emails or otherwise from the customer.  The notification from the Revdex.com was our first awareness that there may be a problem and I would have been more than happy to discuss the situation and attempt to remedy should I have been informed of any potential or alleged issues. Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions or comments regarding the handling of the phone calls.  Again we do take great pride in ethically phoning sponsors for support in their local communities.  As the CEO I feel that it is important to be available to our millions of sponsors should they have an issue.  I am always available for comment via email or phone and am disappointed that this could have been discussed openly without the use of a customer complaint.  It is my duty and goal to satisfy all of our generous contributors.  Thank you again for your time.[redacted]President / CEOPMG Athletic Funding[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Based on your response, it's evident that for 2014 and 2105:
- no product was produced
- the local high school did not receive the funds
- we did not get any advertising
We were led to believe that these things would happen.   In addition, you have not claimed to have a contract with the high school for 2016, yet you called trying to collect money this month for the 2016 campaign.
That is unethical at best, fraudulent at worst.
