Mr. [redacted] returned to the dealership on 8/11/2016 to Cancel the GAP insurancethat was purchased on 08/06/2016. The deal was already funded with [redacted] Lending. I had Mr. [redacted] fill out the paperwork to cancel the GAP insurance and asked him to call me when he got the account number from the...

bank so we could send a check to them for the cancellation. He said no problem and left. On 08/17/2016 we received an E-mail from Mr. [redacted] requesting the cancellation again. So I called him to see if he received the account number and he did not so I told him I would reach out to the bank to get the account number and send the cancellation up to accounting to be processed. Review: On March 4, 2011, I purchased a 2007 [redacted] from Pohanka [redacted] Used Cars on [redacted] Rd., [redacted], MD. The vehicle was financed through [redacted] Credit Union for $30,575 and a check was delivered to the Pohanka Finance Department on March 4, 2011.

On Friday, June 6, 2014, I went to [redacted] in [redacted], VA to trade the 2007 [redacted] for a 2013 [redacted]. While at the dealership they looked at the vehicle to appraise it and ran a [redacted] report to get the amount that would be offered. The salesman at [redacted] provided me with the [redacted] report after offering $7,000 for the vehicle due to structural damage that was reported on the [redacted] report. The blue book value of the vehicle is $12,500. But due to the structural damage they were only offering $7,000 and they were being generous with that offer.

After learning of this, I drove to Pohanka and spoke with Mr. Daniel L[redacted], General Sales Manager. He reviewed the [redacted] and did a walk around of the vehicle. He assured me that Pohanka would make this right. The [redacted] shows the structural damage was disclosed at the auction when the vehicle was purchased. Approximately, five months after Pohanka purchased this vehicle I purchased it without knowledge of the structural damage. It was very frustrating for me to learn that this vehicle had been sold to me with structural damage and I not be informed by the salesperson, Jane or the manager at that time before the purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like for Pohanka to reimburse me for the amount that was paid over the KBB value at the time of purchase. The structural damage on the vehicle was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase and the vehicle was not worth $30,575 at the time of purchase.

Review: Constant service issues with my 2011 Honda Accord Coupe, that began in March 24, 2013 as a result of the car being serviced, the seal on my radiator cap was broked which cause issues with the coolant resivoir. I took the car to Honda of [redacted] purchased a new radiator cap and had the coolant resivor flushed and refilled in April of 2013. Can ran fine for a few months in July 2013 the engine light came on in the car, I took the car back to Pohanka Honda to have it check the dealer said that during my last service the fuilds were topped off in the wrong resivoirs, the recommend coolant system fluid exchange when I had done. The engine light went off, fast forward exactly one month to August 2013, the engine light came on again! I returned the car to the dealership the advisor said that they coolant system wasn't bleed the last time I had the car in so an air pocket was in the system and that is what caused the censor to go off again I paid another 106.00. As a result the engine light went off and the car rode fine. Was told the car is fine. September 19, 2013 Took the car in to have 60k service was advised the car was fine and good to go. .September 27, 2013 car battery died after having to be jumped 3 times. Replaced the battery once again car was fine. Battery replacement is normal at that milage. October 17, 2013 Car needed rear brake replacement normal wear and tear.

I believe that Pohanka since April of 2013 has no properly reparied and serviced my vehicle, which has resulted in numerous trips to the dealership, tons of time and a lot of money. If the problem was fixed back in July there is no reason I should have had to return 2 more times since then for the same issue, the engine light.Desired Settlement: I wish for these services to be completed satisfactory at no cost to me! And to refund at least the 106$ that I paid in August because it was a repeat of the same issue because they did not complete the repair in july I've paid enough in diagnostics and repairs.

Review: My first problem is that Pohanka will not honor the agreement I signed. The DriverPlus agreement I signed stated that I am entitled to a 100% refund of the agreement price if the agreement is canceled within 60 days of the agreement purchase date and I have not redeemed any DriverPlus services. I have met both requirements but I have not heard from Pohanka since requesting cancellation. I bought my car on 25 April 2013. I requested a cancellation on 24 May. I was told at that time that the office members who would process my request were gone for the day. I called the financial officer on 31 May and was told by him that he contacted the DriverPlus office and their machine was broke so they couldn't process my request. I called Pohanka again on 7 June and was told **. [redacted] was out of the office. I called again on 10 June but he was away from his desk so I left a message and have not heard from him. I should not have to continually call him or go down to Pohanka Honda. Please assist me in getting my refund as promised. I would also like to complain about the discrepancy on my buyers order. My main concern is that there is a $954 discrepancy on the Buyer's order that I receive. I asked Pohanka Honda to provide a copy of all of my documents. They told me they would but haven't done so. I asked for the same thing in the survey I filled out but still haven't received a response. I have written the General Manager about this and spoke to [redacted]. I would appreciate a copy of all the papers I signed. This is the information on my Buyers Order.

Cost of car - $20,875, Honda Rebate - $500, Options package - $890, DriverPlus package - $508, Luxcare Protection - $550, Processing Fee - $200, Sales Tax - $1072.74

The total cash price isn't $24,551.74 so I was wondering if there were other charges that totalled $954. Please answer. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Refund of DriverPlus cost. Additionallly either a copy of the papers I signed or an explanation of the $954 or a refund of $954.
