My service technician Robert was VERY professional and courteous! He was VERY thorough and found my problem Had another service company here a few months ago and they did find a problem and fixed it, but they did not find SOURCE of the problem it occurred again Knoxville Plumbing was great and found the problem and gave me a VERY reasonable estimate (according to several contractor friends) Awesome experience! Even referred my Sister that same day to Knoxville Plumbing!
At first I was frustrated because I could not get any idea of the cost over the phone - charge per hour or by the job - so I did not know what at all to expect other than the service charge for coming out to diagnose the problemBut when Brandon and Ben showed up they were very professional in their appearance, their speech, their care for my home (by putting on booties over their shoes) and the time they took to determine what needed to be fixed and then went over the cost in detail and then gave me optionsThe cost to repair my problem was very reasonable and the work was completed within the hour and they left my home like they found it
Daniel was very professional and helpful when he came out to provide an estimate for some work we needed completed Our job is scheduled for next week I will update my review upon completion

They had a reasonable service fee for an Inspection of my Water Heater Quickly diagnosed the Problem and corrected the issue The Service Technician was very knowledgeable & even saved me from the mistake of wasting money on an unneeded insulation blanketHe also reviewed information about possible changes I could consider making to my system in the futureThe options we discussed included both low end & high end cost levels
