The lady who spoke to me by phone was friendly, polite and professional. The technician, also friendly, polite and professional, came to my home and presented a couple of options that might fix my low water pressure problem. I appreciated that he said the city water supplier might need to do some work near my water meter. He gave me an estimate on a new pressure reducing valve which he said I could try. He also gave me information about problems I could have with my copper plumbing pipes.
I checked with the city water supplier first and they very promptly came to my home and did some work that gave me amazing water pressure. I definitely feel I got my money's worth from the service call and appreciate the technician's knowledge and experience.
I do think some follow-up should have been planned as I have learned my water pressure is now too high and needs to be lowered to prevent damage in my home.
Representative immediately returned my call made to the answering service. Highly qualified and cordial plumber was at our house and ready to help us in an hour or so on a Sunday afternoon. He rooted the drain until it was running better than ever since we moved into the house in 1969. He also suggested ways to prevent the problem. We will definitely call his company soon to replace piping in our house. We commend him and the company for his quick response to our call for help and his excellent service

He took plenty of time to explain everything and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. My service technician Robert was VERY professional and courteous! He was VERY thorough and found my problem. Had another service company here a few months ago and they did find a problem and fixed it, but they did not find SOURCE of the problem it occurred again. Several solutions were discussed after his assessment of our problem. The contact on the phone was especially compassionate and friendly. I really appreciated how they both interacted with our family. Cost seemed okay, but I have nothing with which to compare it.
