I am rejecting this response because: The Polaris EV is months outside the warranty because they refused to fix it when it was still under the warrantyThey were told it would fail prematurely and they didn't care as long as they could put it off till they didn't have to pay and that's exactly what they didAnyone who really cared about customer satisfaction would have taken it apart and found the problem the first time I brought it to them under warrantyObviously they are only concerned with not spending money honoring their warrantyThey claim that the popping noise I reported is but I have ridden in two other Polaris EVs and neither of them popped at allIf the noise is I would like to know if it is for an month old EV to have the gears in the front end worn out already and everyone else should expect theirs to wear out as quicklyOr did the gears wear out because there was a defect from the factory?

I am rejecting this response because:This will not be a closed case We were NEVER told of the 8-week response time, until 8-9- Waiting the 8-weeks we are unable to use the ATV; VERY unfair I get to pay the loan and have NOTHING to show for it The summer months are when we can use the ATV, and it has been wasted

Polaris spoke to consumer on Case # C- [redacted] Consumer was working with ChrisConsumer has been advised that he would have the conversation of trade in assistance but the consumer never called backIf the consumer would like to have this discussion with Chris please call ###-###-#### and reference case # C- [redacted] There is no guarantee anything will be offered but the conversation was offered once the consumer spoke to the dealer about the trade in value

Polaris has spoken to consumer on case # C- [redacted] and has been advised to modifications with the ECU no coverage can be applied

Polaris created a case with consumer today and spoke with consumer and the dealership todayThis concerned was resolved on 5/4/consumer picked up Engine block from dealership

I am rejecting this response because: I don't agree with their decision as I have a off road dealers licenseI bought this sled and it was very dirty from sitting on a open trailerSo I took it home to clean it up and took off the panel, hood and exhaust to give them a good cleaning for resaleI think maybe that I never got the exhaust properly put back causing problem thereBut that wasn't why I took it into Western Motor SportsIt was for the drive axle and then they noticed that area and added it to the claim as wellThey assumed the sled had bumper to bumper warranty and added it as wellWhen I bought this sled I gave it a good inspection and there were no signs of misuse anywhereAs you can see from the picturesI would like to counter offer to: If Polaris would send me the replacement drive axle and whatever other parts I would need to repair that areaI would do the work myselfAll I ever buy is Polaris sleds and never had any problems like this before and I have been doing this for over years and had numerous sledsI am hoping than Polaris will accept this offer[redacted]

Polaris is working with this consumers dealer on a resolution to this caseI would advise this consumer's best point of contact is his dealer because Polaris does repair our vehicles
