I bought my pool from this location yrs agoI love my pool and the customer service received The Bowling Green location is great too, they keep my pool clear with the best chemicalsI would recommend pool and spa depot to anyone

The salesperson at the Cool Springs store was very rudeWe had gone to another pool company for an additional quoteAt that company we received a written quoteWhen we told the salesman that we would like a written quote to compare he got angry and told us we should just buy from the other company because he did not give written quotesHe also did not want to answer additional questions that we hadI have no idea how they can do business if they won't give you a written list of what is included in the offer they are makingAlso, I have never gone to a company that sent you to the competitor because you had additional questionsI do not know how this company has an A+ rating but they get an F from us!!!

Great products at reasonable but competitive pricesLove the outdoor furniture!

Misrepresentation from the day we walked in the door at this placeAnd what makes even worse, once they get a contract they could care less about you ***, Your owner, ***??, finally had the courtesy to call us this afternoon as if there wasn't a problem with the pictures he looked at My husband is now doing a job we were charged for and is in the price we are going to be paying for this pool I hope you and your boss are rich men and sleep well at night Please rest assured that we will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN, nor refer this establishment to ANYONE!!! As a matter a fact I would tell anyone to STAY AWAY AND BUYER BEWARE!! Now two days later 4/12/ Right at this moment I am waiting on my Husband to come home and fix leak number around the fittings, I phoned you this afternoon to tell you that you had sent the wrong chemicals to us and once again was told you would call me right back with an answer and once again another lie, because hours later and another

We have really enjoyed the pool ð and hot tub ð that we bought from Pool and Spa DepotVery friendly staff and have helped us to open and close our pool every year

I entered into a contract with this company on July This decision ranks very high on the worst decisions I have madeI feel an obligation to warn others of this companies business practicesI was told that it usually takes weeks to start and about weeks from the dig to completeNo guarantees on the completion date due to weather but that was the normThe original estimate for completion was around Labor DayThey finished the project on the 31st of DecemberThey built many houses in my neighborhood faster than this pool The next major issue is that the project was not completed as originally drawn upThe lay of my property (flat) was hard for them to predict that they couldn't do what promised in writing but we just needed to get over it and make the best of itThey didn't also know the city codes??? I thought I was hiring a professional pool companyWe also had colored, stamped, and sealed concrete in the contract as a very costly upgradeWe chose the color and stamp we wanted and it looks good, however it is not the color we choseThey decided to add antiquing look on their own cause that's the way the guy does it but unfortunately the color does not come throughSo we have a pool deck and patio that they like and think is greatWish we didWe did get a price reduction on some of the square footage that was not done according to contract but now assume the cost of doing something with the area not done as it is useless space The next major issue encountered is that you can expect no one to show up when they so they will be thereI took off from work on several occasions because I wanted to be there to discuss thingsNo show, no call, no follow up unless I initiate itThis happened over and over and overNo one will keep their word I complained about these problems throughout the process but they always fell on deaf earsI even contacted the owner PeterHe told me he would check into things and call me back...still no call from PeterI believe his is disconnected from what his company is doingI don't know any of their other customers but each work crew that came out said the company took too many jobs without the workers to do them and routinely ran behind and made promises I filed a review instead of complaint because I do not want to continue business with this company and do not trust what they say anyway

Complaint Description: When they delivered my spa, they destroyed half of my deck with a dolly w/a flt tire and not enough staff to deliver safelyWhen they delivered spa the dolly tore up half of my brand new 10,000$ deckThere were only delivery staff and a flat tire on the dolly.The rim gauged up half of my deck while they were attempting to set it upThe company replaced that half of my deck with different wood and said it would match in time.The store manager and the owner of Pool & Spa depot said give it until October 1stThen wash it with a recommended solution and it will matchNOPE! I now have a multi colored deck that I worked a year for of and hour days to pay for this springAlso waiting on rusty parts to be replaced for monthsThis was their reply todayTough stuff their done and I have a ruined deckHow is any of this my fault or responsibility to repairI should have just had to plug in my hot tub and relaxI would have had it all stained by June and been done for yearsAlso we purchased a complete patio set from them for near to 3,000$.So in all near to $11,spent in their store and I we are getting screwedExcuse my language.No other way to put itGood afternoon ***Just wanted to reach out to you after our conversation the other day here at the storeI have had the chance to talk to my manger, Craig and [redacted] as pertains to your deckingOur conclusion is that we will not be replacing, staining or repairing anything else on this deckThe reason for this conclusion is that we have replaced the boards that were damaged by the spa delivery crewWe purchased and used the wood of your choosing and had a rep from the wood manufacturer out to verify that the wood that was used was exactly what was requested to be used by youIt is unfortunate however that you feel the wood decking that was older then that of the new that was replaced by us is a different colorThis is due to the wood being exposed to the elements, not because of any fault of Pool and Spa DepotWe have happily complied to all of your requests in an timely matter and feel that we have done all that we canPlease know that we want to be fair and never want to lose a customerBut also feel that replacing the entire deck over a few boards that were damaged is not fair or reasonableWe truly hope to retain you as a customer moving forward, Thank you Michelle B [redacted] Pool and Spa Depot Your Desired Resolution: Very simple make our new deck look like it did before they tore it upThis would wave been settled if they would have taken my original offer of having my original contractor do the repairsBut no they had to use their own

On May 22, 2015, we purchased a new hot tub from Pool and Spa's new location in Clarksville, TN Our salesman suggested we use Baquaspa chemicals in our new tub, and that is where our problems began Within months of installation, several of the hot tub's jets and jet covers came loose, and we found them lying in the bottom of the tub When we called for service, the technician knew what our problem was immediately He told us that the low levels of peroxide in the Baquaspa chemicals had weakened the plastic tabs that hold the jets in place He told us all twenty plus jets would need to be replaced After many miscommunications with the service department, we detailed our disasterous experience in an e-mail to the company's president He responded immediately and offered to take care of our problem personally the next business day We were amazed to hear from the actual president and not receive a computer generated e-mail He was as good as his word because the service technician just called to apoligize and arrange delivery of a new, replacement hot tubOur confidence in this company has been fully restored

We bought our pool years ago from Pool & Spa DepotWe did shop around first, but not only were the prices better at Pool & Spa, but the superb customer service is what ultimately led us back to purchase and keeps us coming back for supplies

We purchased our pool in July We purchased the Stealth 15xpool We have purchased another pool at our other home as well from the same company I feel that our salesman Jays, failed to disclose all that was involved with getting the pool going During our visit to the store, he told us we would have to install a plug and have a permit which we did When the pool was installed, the installed told us the pool pump that we upgraded to would not work well with the pool (we purchased the premium package) and we would need to get another upgraded pump which was another dollars With his recommendation, we agreed When the installer left, he did not go over any information with us on how to work the pool what we needed to do etc When I went to plug the pool up, there was no cordSo I called the installer thinking that he failed to install the cord I was told at that time, that we needed to have the pool hard wired to the house Needless to say, three weeks later we are still trying to get this completed I have to say, this was not the best pool buying experience for us I feel full detailed information on what all was involved with installing this pool was omitted at the close of the sale Had we known it would have been this much trouble that we have had, we would not have purchased this pool I would recommend on anyone buying a pool, ask every question possible to make sure everything is disclosed to you at the time of the sale MsH***

We have enjoyed our pool for two seasons nowPool and Spa Depot staff have been very helpful with all of our needs for the pool

Best pool and spa place on the planetWouldnt deal with any other placeThey are AWESOME!!

I am a local Foot Surgeon who has neck pain as a result of the positions I assume in my jobI see Vandy Pain for care & the doctor there recomended I get a Swim Spa for therapy
I went to Pool & Spa Depot to accomplish We delt with ***, the ownerHe did everything to organize the job, from cement palette being laid, & the installation of our Catalina of California, Swim Spa
I LOVE our Swim Spa ! I recomend Water Aerobics ( for No "G" , Low "G" Force) to all my patients trying to lose wgtwhen they are heavier than they 've ever been in their lives Being a Diabetic, I need to burn sugar, fat, lower my A1C & Tone MuscleI have lost lbs to date & will drop another 15-LBs in the water aerobics
We will always be grateful to Pool & Spa Depot, & *** for changing our lives thru this SPA!

Ordered and paid in full for a hot tub *** XX XXXXAs of *** still no tub and no response from bussiness after many calls
May 17th I ordered and paid in full for a *** hot tubfrom sales rep *** and was told it would take 3-weeks for deliveryTotal price paid in full that day was *** Called on June 9th and was told the tub was just ordered days prior and delivery would be around June Also sent an emailon June 9th following up that we were no happy and wanted answersNo response from salesman or bussiness Called and spoke with onwer on June 12th asking for update on order Got no information or explanation from him Called July 5th spoke to sales rep *** and was told that tubs were recieved on friday July 2nd and he would check to see if ours was there Waited hours and called back Talked to a young lady who said *** was busy and he would return the call Still no response

Bad manners, bad install, bad attitudeWe should have never signed a contract with these people
Through the whole process *** was very helpful, anytime either my wife or I dealt with *** he talked down to us and at times was flat out rudeThe installers were rude to my wife and left a mess in our yard ( empty boxes, drinks, cigarette butts)We pointed out a potential flaw and were told we were wrong just wait til it fillsIt's almost full and the decking company came to start and won't because the pool beams are not level by up to inchesI went to P&S this morning and the manager was not in yet but the woman at the desk was helpful...until the manager called and said he sees no issue take more pictures, and why didn't I take pictures of the trash rather than picking it upSaid someone will be out at some pointNot a sorry in the conversation or any genuine concern for the situation
I left a message with the owner and haven't heard back
