We love Pool and Spa Depot! We take pool samples in as needed and purchase all our pool necessities from them! They are always very kind and helpful in helping us purchase the correct products!

We got our outdoor furniture from this location and everyone was SO helpful and polite and well educated on all the products we asked aboutI reccomend them very highly we will definitely be back

Do not use Poil and Spa Depot for your above ground pool installation!!!! They may offer a good deal with all that glittersBut they are horribleThis pool project turned into a nightmare for the simple fact the sales rep AND the store manager gave misinformationTo make a long horror story short.....they did not complete the job as my pool was not even close to being ready for swimming when they were finishedI had to hire an outside contractor to finish Pool and Spa Depots pool installation, which cost me thousands more dollarsMy yard was destroyed and they left tons of dirt pilled in my backyard with no suggestions on how to get rid of itMy pool was missing parts and they wanted me to send photos of the missing parts before the agreed to send themThey did not connect any hoses or the filterThey pretty much left the unfinished pool for me to set up and get ready for swimmingAfter spending over $at Pool and Spa Depot, I've yet to even recieve a follow phone call to see if the pool is even working.......and it's not!!!! This company says "pool installation" but their definition of an installation and the customers definition are totally differentPool and Soa Depot WILL NOT complete the pool installation job!!! and you will be hiring contractors, landscapers and an electrician before your pool is actually done

Our forty year old pool would not be like this awesome beauty if not for the folks at pool n spa Brentwood..they have made sure it is close to perfect

I bought a spa in August I discovered a crack in the shell of the hot tubI called and gave me their request to make photos, put a level on the tub, measure height from the ground , photos where it was sittingI did all they askedThen they wanted to book a service call for $ 147.00, to be paid up front then they would come outFor some reason I felt this was not rightI did not cause the crack and I think it would be under warrantyI had to go directly to the company and so far so good they will be out to repair I would probably not go back and buy from Pool and Spa Depot if they are not going to stand behind their productsI just sorta got shoved to the side

I was excited to have a *** pool company located in Clarksville instead of having to drive to NashvilleHowever that has changedOn May 14,I paid for my pool liner to be replacedI was told they would contact me to schedule a dateAfter weeks, I contacted them and they told me June On June they contacted me and moved it to June So I took off June 4&offNo call and no showI called the store twice,was told both times the guy was on his wayWas told other times someone was comingEven claimed someone from Nashville was comingNever happened!!!!! After asking if I was getting a *** replacement liner (which has a 20-yrwarranty against fading and deterioration) I was told no, nobody has a warranty like thatOur liner has a lifetime warranty for the seamsKNOW YOUR PRODUCTS ! After days requested my money backThank you *** *** in NashvilleYou are a summer saver!!!!!!

My pool was installed March While filling the pool with water I noticed water on the ground around the pool but I kept thinking it was from rain or dewAfter I finished filling the pool the water was still around the dirt at the bottom of the poolOne side has more water on the ground and the other side has water at the postsI called at least four times to report this problemI was asked to put tape to mark the water levelI explained I do not have any tape and I already know how much water has leakedI also explained I had surgery this week during these calls I had to keep placing so they will send someone outI was asked again to mark the water levelI again explained I do not feel like finding tape and dealing with thisIf they would send someone to my house I can show them how much water leakedToday after calling I was told someone will come out MondayThat's a week since the first callNot only do I have to pay to replace the water, I also have to keep calling just to get a tech out to look at the poolAnd then I was told they might have to come again after they come look at itSeems like they would send someone when you call the first timeTrying to recover from surgery is hard enough and then to have to keep hounding these people to do their job is ridiculous

My husband and I bought a foreclosed home in November. We were excited about the in ground pool but it was in awful shape. I was very hesitant to go to a store that specialized in pools due to the bad reputation that these type of stores typically get as far as being pushy on products and such. Man, I can tell you that this hesitancy was diminished about five minutes after I walked into their door the very first time. This is not a store that pushed their products and they do not employ salesmen. Their staff are truly pool experts. From chemical interactions to troubleshooting issues with the pool pumps and filters, they knew it all. And it wasn't just handing me what I needed. These guys educated me. Real education on the chemicals and overall operation of my pool. I've been back three times since my initial visit two weeks ago and I will go back each and every time I have even the simplest need for my pool. My chemicals, parts, and even pool accessories have and will always come from Pool & Spa Depot. This business is superior to any of their competitors and their staff are true gems.

The salesperson at the Cool Springs store was very rude. We had gone to another pool company for an additional quote. At that company we received a written quote. When we told the salesman that we would like a written quote to compare he got angry and told us we should just buy from the other company because he did not give written quotes. He also did not want to answer additional questions that we had. I have no idea how they can do business if they won't give you a written list of what is included in the offer they are making. Also, I have never gone to a company that sent you to the competitor because you had additional questions. I do not know how this company has an A+ rating but they get an F from us!!!

We shop pool and spa depot for our hot tub chemicals.. They're always very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. We don't shop any other pool store in Bowling Green
