spoken with someone from Poop B Gone in person that I would hopefully not be charged for any additional months as I had verbally canceled my serviceThis was not the case - I was again charged $on August ***I again contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and to now place a block on this company (Side note: the company charges credit cards under two different names and therefore had to be blocked TWICE.) In order for my credit card company to file this block, they have to attempt to contact the companyMy representative said that someone answered but when she explained who she was, he hung up on her. As of the date of my complaint, I have had no further contact with the company and my issue has not been resolved by themHowever, I have resolved the issue myself in regards to the constant charges on my card. This company screens their calls, does not call their customers back, refuses to cancel service, and has one of the most terrible business policies and customer service systems I have ever seenThey should truly not be in business anymore and I wish there was more that I could do to prevent other people from having this problem. used for one time last year 2014 ...Quoted me a price needed CASH only -when I left the money, they told me it was too little and his receptionist quoted me wrong asking I leave the 5.00 difference. When I complained he let it go.
2016- called for one time clean up once again -told me they would come and never showed up-when I called he said OH SORRY I SCHEDULED YOU WRONG We will be there THURSDAY - never showed up ....Im down this unreliable company ...

Guy came once took our money never picked up the Poop. Paid for a month and they only showed up once, then they have the nerve to call again to let me know they are coming again and could we leave money. That was 3 weeks into the next month.

Review: Poop B Gone billed my credit card $81.00 a month for 10 months from Oct.2014 through July 2015 for a service that I cancelled in March 2014. I tried contacting the company numerous times in July 2015 and only received the voice message.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the money returned to me that was charged to my account without my permission. The contract had been cancelled.

Review: I recently moved into a new home with my two dogs, so I decided to use Poop B Gone. They charge a monthly fee of $47 at the beginning of each month and come once a week (on Tuesdays), which I agreed to. I started the service in May, and that month was fine. Most of June was fine too, until I did not receive service on June [redacted]. I called and received no response, but left a message. I thought maybe they were closed for the week because it was the [redacted] of July, and although I thought they should have called to let me know, I let it go. They did not show up the next Tuesday either, July [redacted]. Again, I called, received no response, and left a message, but no one ever called me back. I called the next day, July [redacted]. Same thing. During this time I also sent them an email. No response. Finally, I was so frustrated that I called again on July [redacted] (Monday - the day before service was expected) to cancel. I left a message stating that I wanted to cancel. Of course, after my cancellation request, I receive a voicemail the next morning from Mike, the owner, stating that he got my message and wanted to make sure they had the right address. He did not even mention the fact that I wanted to cancel... and after two months they want to check to make sure they have the right address? He told me to call him back and also told me that the driver would be calling me before service. I called back, and no one answered so I left a message, but no one called me back. I called again. Same thing. The driver also never called me but decided to show up (I wasn't home or I would have told him to leave) despite the fact that I had asked to cancel. I sent another email stating the fact that I was canceling my service. I tried to find a physical address so I could submit a written request for cancellation but could not find one. They showed up again on July [redacted] At this point, I've called over 6 times, I've sent 2 or 3 emails, and I'm so frustrated that I called my credit card company to dispute the July charge. On July [redacted], I'm home when the driver knocks at my door. He wants to know if everything is okay because they received a charge back from the credit card company. I told him that I had canceled service and will not pay for July. He asked why, and I told him that no one came for two weeks - he said he couldn't find my house. I said that would not have been as much of a problem as the fact that I cannot get someone on the phone and cannot speak to anyone in this company, and I do not want to work with companies that have such terrible customer service. He apologized, which I appreciated, and left. I figured this issue was finally resolved, until I checked my credit card statement last night (Wednesday the [redacted]) to see I have a $72 charge from them. Since I pay $47 a month and it's not even the first of the month yet, I have absolutely no idea where this charge is coming from. Again, I tried calling and left a message to hear nothing back. To say that I am frustrated is an understatement. At this point, I am going to have to be inconvenienced and cancel my credit card to stop the charges from coming in. This company has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. It's disgusting at this point. I am submitting this complaint as a way to hopefully/finally get their attention, and to let other people know what to expect when dealing with this company.Desired Settlement: While I have received a billing adjustment from my credit card company for two charges that I should not have to pay ($47 and $72), I still think that Poop B Gone should be responsible for these charges and should NOT ever charge my credit card again. I would like to have in writing from them that they have taken my credit card number out of their system, so that I do not have to change my credit card number.

Review: PBG WAS DOUBLE 7 2 TIMES TRIPLE BILLED ME FOR OVER 6 MONTHS ON MY CREDIT CARD. I TRIED TO WORK WITH THEM...SEND THEM CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS, WAITED FOR THEM TO REFUND FINALLY, I JUST CANCLLED THE CARD THEY HAD ON FILE..THEY SID THEY WOULD REFUND BUT ITS BEEN JUST SHY OF 2 MONTHS...THEY OWE ME $236Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A CHECK NOT CREDIT CARD REFUND...NO MORE EXCUSES. Review: Company was hired to perform a service on a weekly basis. The job was done poorly and numberous complaints were reported to the [redacted]. He was given multiple chances over the course of 3 months to rectify the issue, however, the problem still continued. The [redacted] began screening my calls and not responding to the numberous messages that were left. I left messages that I wanted to cancel the service and still recieved no response, yet funds were still withdrawn from my account. When I finally got a hold of him, he preteneded like he had no idea what I was talking about and promised to issue a credit. The credit was never processed and he disappeared yet again. It got to the point where the only way we could reach him was by calling from an unrecognized phone number or blocking our phone number. My husband called from work and when the [redacted] answered the phone he pretened like he was unaware there was a problem. He said he would check his records and call back. He never called. I blocked my number 4 days later and tried again. When the [redacted] answered he again played dumb, said he would check his records and call back. He never called. I wound up having to cancel my credit card and get a new one issued.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the full amount that was withdrawn from my account over the course of 4 months ($218.00). I paid him for a job that I wound up having to do myself every single week. His website states 100% satisfaction gauranteed and this was not met. Refund can be in the form of cash or check; it can no longer be processed through my credit card due to the fact that the card had to be cancelled thanks to this mess.

Review: They are a removal company for dog waste. Did not do services when snow melted in February though paid them for December/January and February. Did only one pickup in March and one in April - does not return calls and automatically charges my bank account.Desired Settlement: Refund of 3 months of service
