Review: I have called and sent emails for six months to cancel this service after being a customer for over 5 years. I have sent them email telling them that they are no longer authorized to charge my credit card.yet they are still charging me. I see other complaints with the same exact issue. It is also impossible to get someone on the phone.Desired Settlement: Stop charging my credit card

Review: Notified collector in Oct to cancel after this collection. He never returned after that. Called **-Oct to confirm the cancellation and they never returned the call. emailed via their web site [redacted]Oct to state we are cancelling. Also called same day but no call back again. Monthly charges for Nov continued although no service was performed. Two charges came in Nov on the same day (**-Nov-** $39+$49). Called end of Nov to stop charges and return all over charges. "[redacted]" identified it was in error and we should see credit ($88) in 10 to 14 working days. Called in Dec when credit was not received and another charge was applied (*-Dec-** $49). Same story that it was a mistake and wait for credit ($137) in 10-14 days. In Jan another charge came through (*-Jan-15 $49). I called to correct and again another promise that they made an error and would correct ($186). I put a stop on credit card and hold on last couple charges to avoid any further "mistakes".Desired Settlement: We paid at the beginning of the month for that month's service. The last legitimate charge was *-Oct-14, although they stopped the service halfway in the month, I'm willing to forgo.

Review: I have attempted to cancel this account at least 5 times in the past 4 months and yet this company refuses to cancel it. I can never get a live person on the phone and have left a message every time I have called and told them to cancel. no one ever calls me back and I don't know where else to turn. The service was horrible, I was being charged for weeks where no one even came to my house to clean up the dog poop and I also complained about that and advised that was the reason I wanted to cancel and this still has not been done.Desired Settlement: There have been at least four times where I was charged for the services and no one ever came to clean up the back yard. I also asked that they leave a card in the mailbox so I would know when they came in the event I wasn't home and this never happened.
