I have called and verified with our Bank that this transaction was completed. The refund is showing posted to the customers account 12/27/16. I have searched our entire system for The Popcorn Factory and I do not locate an Easter orders. The last order placed in The Popcorn Factory system was for Valentine's Day. I believe this order may have been placed through one of our sister Brands, in which the contact would have to be made directly...

Refunds were posted to a card ending in [redacted] on seperate days. [redacted] should be able to confirm this also 01/12/18 $19.99- and 02/09/18          31.59-. There was only one charge to the account on 1/15/18 totaling $62.32. Again [redacted] should also be able to confirm this.

I am rejecting this response because: Why would your refund my money AFTER YOU TRIED TO COLLECT MORE?  The responses are not satisfactory.  I believe this is in retaliation for going to the Revdex.com.  It does not make since that a refund came the next week after the Feb shipment was to go out.  I believe the money was refunded to my credit card because the order was closed and could not be credited to the Feb. shipment.  I still stand that the snack of the month should be reinstated and shipped for Feb.  I am willing to pay for the shipments.

I am rejecting this response because:Items Ordered:1. 12 Mo December 5" Canister Club going to NM to be delivered 12/18/17.  Cost $9.99.  a. No communication on website, by email, or with multiple communications w/ CS that item shipped.  b. Item requested delivery date 12/18/2017.  c.  No apology during the lack of communication via website, email, or customer service that item shipped or was delivered prior to requested date.  d. Unacceptable communication on website, by email, or with multiple communications w/ CS that item was actual cancelled.  It wasn't until 12/24/17 that confirmation was recvd that entire 12 months was cancelled.  I will not know for sure if actually cancelled until January if/when The Popcorn Factory charges my [redacted] account.2. 12 Mo December 5" Canister Club going to IA to be delivered 12/18/17.  Cost $9.99.  a. Unacceptable communication on website, by email, or with multiple communications w/ CS that item was actual cancelled.  It wasn't until 12/24/17 that confirmation was recvd that entire 12 months was cancelled.  I will not know for sure if actually cancelled until January if/when The Popcorn Factory charges my [redacted] account.  c. After Paypal dispute and Paypal not recieving response from The Popcorn Factory was my $19.99 refunded.4. 1S Silver Snowflake - 8 OZ S'M going to OH to be delivered by 12/11/17. Cost $9.99.   a. No communication on website, by email, or with multiple communications w/ CS when item would be shipped. 12/14/2017 request for entire order to be cancelled.  No response.12/21/2017 request for entire order to be cancelled.  Informed that Paypal refunded the $19.99 and expected remaining refund of $40.53.  No response.12/24/2017 request for entire order to be cancelled.  Informed that Paypal refunded the $19.99 (again).  Informed that filing Revdex.com complaint.  Response from company that refund of $40.53 would be processed.  Response from COO that CS would contact 12/26/17 to get resolution - no contact made.Company response is rejected since it was inaccurate.  Refund of $60.52 was never done on 12/22/2017.  It was a partial refund of $19.99 that Paypal gave since The Popcorn Factory never responded to dispute.I expect a refund of $40.53 to my Paypal payment method of $40.53 that was promised on 12/24/2017 within 7-14 business days.

MY CARD STILL HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED AS OF 10/27/2015.
On 10/20/2015 someone from the Popcorn factory called me and apologized and said she made...

sure my card was credited and they are sending me a gift certificate. On 10/22/2015 I called the company again and spoke with a supervisor, [redacted], and asked why my credit was not on my card. She said she saw the accounting department did credit my card on 10/19/2015 and by Monday 10/26/2015 the money should be back on my card. The money HAS NOT been credited to my card. As of Tuesday 10/27/2015 there has been NO credit! It does not take that long to credit someone. Now, not only can they refund me my $60.82, but they can refund my interest they are earning while holding onto my money. I do not want your gift card. I am through dealing with this company. Further action will be taken. I want the money that is mine.

Customer wasn't contacted and order placed by The Popcorn Factory. We are sending 2 items next day air at our expense and mailing the customer a 50.00 gift card for the delay.

A refund check was sent via [redacted] on 3/1/17. I have requested a stop payment on that check and accounting is issuing me a new check today, which I will send via Fed-ex next day air.
