As previously stated, we did not receive any information from the buyer until after the order was marked as receivedThe order screen has a Problems/Order Inquiry option which allows the buyer to notify the team of an Order not as Described or Order not DeliveredThe Order not Delivered option was never selected meaning that our team had no knowledge that the package was unable to be locatedThe order was marked as delivered on [redacted] 12, marked received on [redacted] 15, and no email or any form of communication or notice was sent to our support team until [redacted] At this point, the order no longer qualified for a return or refundRegardless of this, the team assisted the buyer and added Posh credit to their account as a courtesyAt this time we recommend the buyer list the item in their own closet for sale, gift it to a friend, or donate it if they do not wish to keep the item as it no longer qualifies for a return Due to this, we consider the case resolved

My daughter sold some items on PoshmarkDue to the fact that you must have a bank account on file she used my bank accountHer name is [redacted] On April 19th I contacted Poshmark requesting that the $ [redacted] credit be placed into the associated bank accountOn April 25th an email was received saying that the money was put into the account and the agent referenced that the bank adjusted the routing number and was able to "catch" the mistakeThere was one number reversal in the routing number AND the bank name was also listed on the account as Inland Northwest BankThe company claims that they submitted the money to a [redacted] Account, with a COMPLETELY different routing numberIF they had submitted it to the bank listed on the account ( [redacted] ***) they would have put it in the correct accountIf you will review the email dated May 10, ***, from Poshmark you will see that in paragraph the customer service representative clearly states that [redacted]
