Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/28) */
After careful investigation our return team has found that the listing does describe the item as a "Size M" and "Size 6." We ask our buyers to communicate with the seller prior to purchasing, to avoid any type of confusion.
As a...

courtesy, we have credited the buyer $10 in Posh Credit, although this item does not qualify for a return. Due to this, we consider the case resolved.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The item does qualify for a return per Poshmark' policy of a seller misrepresenting an item. The item was misrepresented as a size 6 when in reality it was a medium which is larger. I did receive $10 in credit but I feel I should receive full credit.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/08/13) */
Because the listing does state that the item is a size medium and a size 6, the return case was denied because it is as described. We ask our buyers to ask sellers questions as brands and item sizes vary.
Due to this, we consider the case resolved.

They are now shipping me USPS damaged shoes and forcing me to keep the damaged shoes without compensation and have restricted my account. That is their "new policy" for me. I guess reporting them to the Revdex.com gave them ammunition of some sort.

Sold an item on Poshmark a week ago. The buyer has had the item since Monday (it was delivered). It's been three days & I still haven't been paid because the buyer still hasn't accepted it. So, while the buyer is out partying it up in a pair pants that are still technically mine, I have nothing to show for it. Do not do business with this company!! It's a rip off!

I have been using Poshmark for about 6 months and had no problems until my account was possibly compromised. I was receiving a large amount of spam on the app so chose to change my email and password. A day later my account was locked and I had a pending balance owed to me in the account. Their response time was horrible. It has been 3 days and I've sent 8 emails and I still cannot get into my account. Given you're "banking" with them and the response that I'm receiving, I would highly suggest you avoid this site. Their taking 20% of what you sell, so their customer service should be exceptional to you, however it's basically non-existent.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/04/06) */
By clicking "accept" buyer released funds to the seller, which cannot be reversed. As a courtesy to the buyer, we have already credited her $40 and consider this case resolved.

Wanted to let you know that I received an e-mail from Poshmark that they have cancelled the order and that a refund should be in my account in the next three business days. Thank you,

To clarify, as 3 individual orders were purchased, the postage fee to ship each order applied for all the sales. Additionally, if a customer has already purchased multiple items, we recommend they reach out to the seller about canceling the individual orders and re-listing them so they can be purchased as a bundle. Since the Bundle feature was not used, the single shipping rate did not apply.
According to our records, our customer support team has been in contact with the customer and assisted them with credit as a courtesy. If they have any further questions or concerns, they may respond directly to our team's last email.
Due to this, we consider the matter resolved.

Per our Poshmark policy, only women's fashion or accessories can be sold on our app. The mentioned order is an unsupported item, therefore it is not protected by Posh Protect.
However, as a one time courtesy, we have compensated the...

seller and credited their earnings for the order. Due to this, we consider the case resolved.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
While this case is resolved. I do not agree with the policy. The customer service rep who helped me was disrespectful and unprofessional. In addition, policy is very vague and does not express that the item I sold is not supported. But it does expressly state that the brand IS supported. So treating me like I'm into ally violating a policy and acting like you are doing me a favor, when I've given you thousands of dollars in earnings is unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope to be treated better in the future.

Poshmark has done nothing but ignore my email inquiries, and has not helped me a single bit with my issue. I ordered an item on Sept 18, 2016. Seller shipped on the 19th. checked tracking, hasn't been updated SINCE the 19th, been over a week, and have not received my item. According to posh it should only take between 1-3 business days to be received. Never answer my emails. And I have done nothing but wait for my package to come.

Our return team thoroughly investigated this case and found that it did not qualify for a return. As a courtesy we have credited the buyer $35 in Posh Credit. If the buyer has further question, please have the buyer reach out to our...

support team and we will further assist her.
Due to this, we consider the case resolved.

Poshmark has a guarantee that you will receive the item described when you make a purchase or you will receive a refund. The item I received was not as described. It was described as "brand new". It was not . It was described as "grey". It was not. I paid &175 for a purse that was misrepresented by the seller. I do not intend to purchase anything else at the Poshmark site, thus, I do not want a store credit.

Case resolved but not due to affirmative action by Poshmark. I disputed the charge with my credit card company . After investigating, they did a charge back to Poshmark and credited my account for the full purchase price.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2015/04/09) */
Seller has a long history of successful sales, all sales in the past have been accurately described. This particular sale, all flaws that the buyer reported were described in both the pictures on the listing as well as in the description....

Seller notes: "This bag has been used so it may have a spot or two on the outside, inside has marks."
As a courtesy to the buyer, we have already credited her $20 and consider this case resolved.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 9, 2015/04/10) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am aware of the seller's note of having one or two, but that's not the case here. If you review her phots and compare them with my photos, you can see that there are more than just "one or two" spots and the fact that the entire bag was filthy. There are no notes or remarks from the seller stating the bag was filthy due to heavy usage. If there was "a" spot on the bag, that's one thing but this entire bag is filthy and there was nothing indicated from the seller about this, only stated "beautiful bag" and it's clearly not beautiful. I have had multiple people look at the seller's photos and then the bag and see exactly what I'm seeing, so it's apparently obvious that I need to bring this bag in person for it to be reviewed. Poshmark states that buyers are protected but in every claim I've seen, they're only protecting the sellers. This is a sale gone wrong with this seller and needs to be rectified immediately.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2015/04/28) */
Seller disclosed imperfections in both the description and the pictures she provided. As a courtesy to the buyer, we have already credited her $20. We consider this case resolved.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 15, 2015/05/04) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The seller did not in fact disclose ALL imperfections in the description and photos. The only photo that disclosed any imperfection was the one showing the ink marks on the inside, the other photos of the outside were deceiving as it showed the purse to be in the "great" and "beautiful" condition that the seller claimed. I am not happy with this issue still being unresolved and Poshmark continues to make the same statements over and over without any proof. I have provided my photos showing the REAL purse's condition which is filthy and not "beautiful" (as per description). $75 was not worth spending on this mess and although the $20 credit placed on my account was a decent offer, I still refuse as this sale was not 100% as advertised and regardless of this seller's track record, there is still room for error and here is the error in which she does not deserve to win.

I recently bought [redacted] boots through the Poshmark company. The seller describes the boots as a "no slip in sole". And had no pictures of the issue or what she ment. I thought it ment a no slip boot. I purchased the boots and to my knowledge they had no insoles! The seller did not post pictures of the inside of the boot! I sent [redacted] an email of my dissatisfaction. The company sided with the seller and said that I should have asked more questions and that the seller says "a no slip in sole" and gave me $15.00 of posh money. I don't believe the company handled the situation well at all. Had I know the boots had no insoles I never would have made the expensive purchase. The company did not support me the buyer in anyway. It solely protected the seller! I don't believe that it is good business practices. Now I'm stuck with a pair of expensive boots with no insoles. I would not recommend this company and if you choose to shop with Poshmark just buyer beware!

As stated, our guidelines states that used makeup can not be sold on our platform - due to hygienic reasons. Because of this, Poshmark is unable to provide the seller their earnings as redeemable credits - we are only able to offer the user Posh Credits.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/08/13) */
The seller did not disclose or describe the item accurately. Therefor we were forced to approve the return case. The item was returned to the seller on July 31st, therefore we consider the case resolved.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/02) */
We ask all buyers to ask sellers specific questions about the item prior to purchasing because sizing can vary by brand. All sales are final on Poshmark, unless the item is not as described. In this instance, the buyer received 8.5 shoes...

which is the size indicated on the listing.
If the buyer returned the item outside of our process, we ask the buyer to reach out to our support team with the tracking number for further assistance. Kindly note that returns outside of our platform are not permitted.
The sizing of the shoes is as described in the listing, due to this, we consider the case resolved.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/03) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The company is asking for a tracking number to what end they repetitively state as long as the seller told me the shoes where 8 1/2 then the seller is right; but they don't take into account the seller omitting the shoes were narrow width which makes a difference in how the shoe will fit in this case. This would have been my fourth pair of shoes I purchased from Poshmark sellers and the other 3 were never returned. I want to know what the Revdex.com is going to do about this instead of posting this a resolved it should be posted as unfair business practices, so others will know the type of experience they may have with Poshmark, I won't hesitate to let them know the lawyer I consulted stated its not slanderous or libelous. Poshmark has no intention of having the seller return shoes or any payment back to me. The seller and Poshmark will reaped the reward twice because that seller has those shoes otherwise the would have been returned to me. Lesson learned for $14.99 I guess it could have costed me more. MY Account will be closed right Poshmark?
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2015/07/23) */
We ask the buyer to reach out to our support team with the tracking number for further assistance.
Because the buyer did not reach out to our support team, we consider the case resolved.

Poshmark deleted all my listings for absolutely no reason, I have no email from them explaining why. I have emailed customer service 3 times with no response. This site is a joke and a waste of time and after reading all the negative reviews on top of my negative experience, I will be deleting my account and selling elsewhere. Probably one of the worst sites and customer service I have ever dealt with.

To avoid a problem with a sale, we advise sellers to be as descriptive and detailed as possible when creating your listings. The pictures and description in the listing do not accurately depict the dress. Also, we did provide the seller...

with all photos from the buyer in an email. Per lack of response from the seller we moved forward with the case. The dress has since been returned to the seller and is now in her procession.
