Not only did he get to keep the incorrect cap but has also received the correct cap! several weeks ago.
Who cares, you have very s[censored] business practices. I will not lose sleep and if you want the wrong cap back maybe you should pay the postage. I would not send it back and consider it payment for the time I had to mess with this lame company.
At my post office, Postal Stuff has a very bad name and people bad mouth you all the time. I am surprised people still buy from you. Maybe the are i[censored] like me and think it is just Karens b[censored].
