Avoid doing business with this company. He is open with his racist views and is abusive .
CHRIS CLOUTIER IS A RACIST AND DONATEs A LAFGE PORTION OF HIE PROFITS TO RIGHT WING EXTREMIST. He actually called me a "[email protected]@ER LOVER" on a public forum when I attempted to have a civil conversation with him . He was rude, mean and punctuated his comment with what I said above. If you do business with him you are promoting his racist views

Review: I sent a brand new poster for linen backing to Posterfix. It was purchased in September 2013 and stored in the original tube that it was purchased in.

In January 2014 I sent it to Posterfix for linen backing and paid $265.00 through the [redacted] account.

Today, August ** I received my poster having made many phone calls and requests to have my work completed.

Upon opening my package, the previously mint poster is now damaged. It has scratches, stains on the artwork. In addition, there are bubbles in the linen backing. What was a limited edition, valuable poster is now worthless.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund for the $265.00 that was paid for the work and compensation for the damage to the property.

Review: I had Posterfix ([redacted]) do a large format poster for me many years ago. He did a fine job then. In January I got another one and contacted him for a quote. He responded immediately. I was travelling so the poster did not get to him that week and he sent me reminders. When I got back I paid his PayPal invoice and shipped him the poster. He never responded back until I placed a dispute with PayPal on day 44 (1 day prior to the dispute deadline), and he did reverse the charges. Unfortunately he never returned what was a collector item large format French Movie Poster. It is now over two months. He is not responding to emails and does not respond to voicemail. I would like my poster returned immediately. I would like all shipping and handling charges reimbursed. I suspect he has damaged the poster. If so I would like the value of the poster reimbursed to me.Desired Settlement: 1) immediate return of my poster

Review: On June [redacted] 2013 I mailed [redacted] at Posterfix.com an Original Flash Gordon movie poster. He charged me $141 to linen mount and ship it back(Which I paid with paypal). He told me it would be 4-6 weeks to linen mount the poster and to be returned. He communicated right up until the 45 day mark for Paypal claims to be filed. As soon as it went over the 45 day mark he stopped responding to emails and his phone goes to voice mail. Paypal reluctantly refunded my $141 but [redacted] still has my poster. I want my Flash Gordon Poster returned to me or the cost of the poster and shipping, which is $66.50.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] at Posterfix.com to return my Flash Gordon poster or reimburse me for the cost of my poster and shipping $66.50

I finally received my poster back from posterfix.com but it was a very poor restoration and I won't ever send them anything again.

Review: THEFT - On October **, 2014 I sent this PosterFix 4 posters to be restored.[redacted] (PosterFix) signed the FED-EX recpt on 10-**. After many phone calls - we agree to $ 600 for total costs... (I sent $300 to get things started). He felt they should be ready by the middle of NOV.I have called every day for the last 2 weeks and have emailed him....NO RESPONSE... I GOOGLED his name and was alarmed that many posts on [redacted] had numerous posts WARNING THAT THIS MAN IS A THIEF !! PosterFix was recommended by another poster collector in my area that had a poster restored reasonably...... I HAD NO REASON TO QUESTION (POSTERFIX)... TOTALLY RESTORED VALUE TO THE 4 POSTERS I SENT $ 8,000 + BEWARE OF [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want the 4 posters returned and $ 1300 ( this will be the repayment of my $300 and $1000 to properly restore these posters). The 4 posters will be in the same condition or better than when he received them....If you need the names , dates and values for each of the 4 posters please advise. Thanks

Review: I gave [redacted] at Posterfix a poster in late 2012. He destroyed the item and indicated that he needed time to purchase a new one for me due to his financial situation. It has now been 18+ months and he has done nothing to replace my property!Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my $160 deposit and be given the value of the item he destoryed $500.

Review: I made a purchase for services from Chris C[redacted] at Posterfix Corp. in July of 2015. I made a payment in full for those services and provided 10 posters to him for those services to be completed upon. The purchased services have not been performed and neither have my posters been returned or has my money been refunded.Desired Settlement: I would prefer that the completed order be delivered, but if that is not possible, I would like my 10 items returned finished or unfinished and a refund of any money for uncompleted or damaged items.
