Review: I mailed a vintage poster for restoration to posterfix. They received it on Jan.** Their website says it takes 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. He asked for an additional $125 to restore above the $325 already paid. 2 weeks ago I told mhim I wanted my money back or the poster done. [redacted] emailed back that it was done and would be mailed in a couple of days. That was 2 weeks ago and still no tracking number after several requests.Desired Settlement: I would like the restored poster delivered or the unrestored poster back and my money.

Review: I sent [redacted] of Posterfix just one poster to be linen backed in October 2014. I still had not received the poster back in March 2015. That's five months he had the poster. I sent numerous e-mails in this time of which he eventually replied with his standard reply that it will be sent next week. Of course this never happened. He did eventually send out the poster to me on the [redacted] March 2015 and I received it in the first week of April 2015. On opening the cardboard tube I was confronted with a poster that had 5 air pockets between the poster and the linen. They looked like huge bubbles on the surface of the poster. The top right corner of the poster was not stuck down at all. I emailed [redacted] straight away and he said it was fine when it left his studio and the air pockets must have happened in transit and then confessed that he had been using a different glue and it was causing the problem. I was asked to return it for it to be relined. I did this on the [redacted] April 2015 and he has had the poster ever since. When I email him to ask just when my poster will be sent back to me he eventually emails back and says it will be sent and gives a day and of course he fails to send the poster. The amount of time that [redacted] has had my poster now totals almost 9 months.Desired Settlement: Immediate delivery of my poster with tracking information.

Review: On March [redacted] 2014 I sent [redacted] $294.00 via [redacted] for restoration AND POSTAGE of a vintage Beatles Birthday card/poster. He said it would take 4 - 5 weeks to complete. On June [redacted], after several emails asking for progress reports, he sent me an email saying only that the poster is shipped. No Tracking # or delivery company info. Now, no answers to my emails at all. Recently, I've found several complaints posted on the internet from Posterfix customers with similar experiences as mine. This is a very sentimental item and I want MY PROPERTY back. Since this is a rare item, I fear he will try to resell it. Please helpDesired Settlement: I want my Beatles poster returned to me immediately in restored condition as promised.

Review: Posterfix has had a poster of mine for restoration for over 3 months. On December *, 2014, I was promised it within the next week. Since then, every week I have contacted them for a delivery date only to be told "next week". On February **, I asked that the poster be shipped back to me whether it was finished or not. I was then told that the poster was completed and would be shipped. It's now been two weeks and still no shipment. All correspondences have been by email and I have the entire chain of notes documented.Desired Settlement: I simply want my poster back, whether its been competed or not. If in fact nothing has been done to it, I want my money back as well.

Review: I was contacted by Posterfix August ** 2014 regarding linen backing movie posters. Chris C[redacted] agreed to linen back six posters for $500 with payment up front. I paid and shipped the posters to him in August 2014. Since that time I have contacted Chris C[redacted] approximately 19 times asking for the return of my posters and he has given various reasons why the posters had not been shipped back to me: he was still linen backing, his wife was doing touch up, he had completed the linen backing them said he was still working on backing my posters. In his last email dated November ** 2015 he gave me a [redacted] tacking number and has still not shipped the posters [redacted] confirmed a tacking number was issued but no parcel submitted for shipping.Desired Settlement: I want my six posters returned ASAP with no more excuses from Posterfix
