Absolutely terrible service. Worst customer service. They called me to schedule a delivery. Great. .. waited 1-5pm as they requested. I called the company 3x to ensure delivery was on time and on schedule. @ 6:30pm Lenny the driver advised that he would be @ my home within an hour. [Cool] OVER a hour and a half later I called Lenny to get an ETA. His response was.... "I've had alot of packages and we will reschedule for another day, I'm sorry". No call to confirm he couldn't come. He and the company MUST believe customers time does not matter. I had taken time off to receive this package. I am planning to pick up my package from their warehouse! They are big trash. I am afraid for any company that uses them in the future. Good luck.
