Poway Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Reviews (24)

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionUpon interviewing [redacted] and [redacted] ***, we determined that the CD was lostWe have packaged the owners manual for the Jeep Cherokee and a check for $to replace the CD and it will be mailed out to the customer on May We apologize for the lack of customer service and have dealt with both employees appropriately

The recall mentioned by Mr [redacted] was not for the remotes, but for the IgnitionModule, and the recall, just happen to provide new remotesMr [redacted] had just purchased the vehicle from a police auction(former cop car) that required special setup to get his old remote to work.Mr [redacted] was informed that there were some recalls and returned at a later date to have them repairedThe work on the original remote was performed and the remote was working prior to any recall work being done, as requestedWe feel that this is a justified chargeThank you,

There was never an issue with his original remote, if was a configuration of the vehicle from a police car to a car that got ths remote to workThe charge was for re-configuring the vehicleThe recall would have not corrected his issue. We do however appreciate Mr [redacted] as a customer and will apply a courtesy $credit to his service account which may be used toward future repairs or maintenance

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me Its unfortunate that I had to contact the Revdex.com, after months of getting nowhere with the businessI am still disappointed, as they not only lost cd, but rather of them, but only are reimbursing me for one (After I gave the $21k in cash)I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

very misleading service scheduling by [redacted] and no customer support by management

They keep changing their position! First they send the first page I supposidly agreed to (they told me $for the bank and $Total for the car that means to me a total financed of $7965) they said $financed.then if that is their position why then change saying the other total of $financed is now correct. Also the finance guy printed copies of the contract I signed #&the 3rd had the right amount of $financed, the second he said he would shredd is the one he put in the sealed envolope he handed me

I completely understand how and why everything happened the way it did, however that doesn't mean the dealership is absolved from letting a consumer know the full details of the recall that is being scheduled, and that it would provide the solution to the work you are about to performI understand that the work was done because the dealership did not know that the recall would include the new key fob's, but it is Dodge's responsibility to know the details of their own recalls, and claiming ignorance of such should not be a proper defense to performing unneeded labor to my vehicle.
Additionally, my family is patrons of the company and this particular dealership, my wife is in her 2nd consecutive lease with this dealership, and I presumed the dealership would value that level of commitment from their consumers and not be unsympathetic to a reasonable customer service issueThe Bureau of Automotive Repair has also been notified of this issue

The statement made by the dealer is false. they told me the $500 was for the bank. The $8465 was my out the door price not what I was financing. I called the finance guy on this (after I signed it he reprinted the document financing $7965 and I signed that. He told me he would she’d the other one. he then added me my paperwork in an envelope he had taped closed. It was not till my bank posted the loan that I found out they had switched the contracts. my wife was present when it was agreed that the car was to be purchased for $8465 out the door they would assume all taxes and fees.

very misleading service scheduling by [redacted] and no customer support by management.

The following response from our Director of Sales explains the facts-
11pt;">"On April 22, 2015 Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2007 Saturn Vue from us.
On April 29th Mr. [redacted] came back and demanded to speak with the
sales manager. [redacted], the manager that worked the original deal, was
on duty and met with him. Mr. [redacted] accused Mr. [redacted] of “tricking” him and
demanded $500. Mr. [redacted] retrieved the negotiating instrument (attached to
this email) and showed it to Mr. [redacted]. The form clearly states, “out of pocket
$500” on the left side and “amount financed $8435” on the right side and Mr.
[redacted] read that to Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] then said “oh so that’s the game you
want to play”. Michael [redacted], the sales director overheard this and because
the Mr. [redacted] was being loud and belligerent at that point, Mr. [redacted] sat
down with Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] walked away. Mr. [redacted] advised Mr. [redacted]
that by putting in writing that the down payment was $500 and the amount
financed was $8435 it could not reasonably be inferred that the dealership was
trying to “trick” anybody. It was at that point that Mr. [redacted] (now screaming)
told Mr. [redacted] that he was a “[redacted]” numerous times. He
then stood up and approached Mr. [redacted] and while verbally assaulting him put
his middle finger within 6 inches of Mr. [redacted]’ face. Mr. [redacted] is a
considerably larger man than Mr. [redacted].  At that point Mr. [redacted] told Mr.
[redacted] that he needed to leave the dealership and not return or he would call
the police on him. There were 2 other employees that witnessed this event as
well as two customers who could easily be contacted should any verification be
necessary. If Mr. [redacted] returns to the dealership the sales managers have been
instructed to immediately call the police."
