Just wanted to send a BIG THANK YOU to Mike S! He came over and did a tuon our air conditioning unit He walked us through all the checks he did and what the readings meant and how our ac unit was running He was early to the appointment and very professional throughout! Hope to have him out again soon to check our HVAC unit when the weather starts to get cold

He arrived at the time they said he would be at my home, which was great because I wasn't sitting at home all day waiting for someoneVery clean and professional, he wore little shoe footies, that way dirt was not being tracked through out my homeVery educated and fare pricedA really great business that I would recommend to anyone!!
Had furnace replaced and swap cooler upgraded to central AC by Friendly Plumber Heating and AirWhile the systems work as they are supposed to from what I can tell so far, the customer service was less than parBefore the job had even started I was told that I shouldn't even waste my time trying to get a rebateThe job took over a week to completeThe electrician that was sent by Friendly did not show up on separate occasions and when addressed with Jerome I was advised that it was because the AC was not a priority this time of yearI paid for the system to be installed whether it is a priority or not is not that of friendly or the electrician they sentThe insulation for my new ducting was ordered incorrectly yet no one wanted to take ownership of that mistake eitherWhen the insulation issue was address with Jerome I was told that Justin said he picked up the insulation at 11am on 10/yet I had a screen shot from a text between my husband and Justin where Justin stated at noon on 10/that he was not going to be able to pick up the item until 3pm, so someone was lying but here again no one will take ownershipThen on the final day of work I received my invoice emailed to me where Jerome decided that he could sign off that the job was completed to MY satisfaction and that I agreed to pay the amount, and it was signed back on 10/before work had even begunOverall a lot of shady things occurred through this process and I have no faith in them to come back to my home to do ANY work
This Company has exceeded my expectationsA few years back we bought a older house so as you can imagine the plumbing is not the bestWe have had different plumbing companies out to the house for various reasons and we were always mislead about pricing and left disappointed and angry every timeLast week we called the friendly plumber because our sink kept backing up they had gave us a quote over the phone and honestly I was thinking YA right, and planned on it being a couple hundred more once they got here and assessed the situation because of our previous experiences with other companiesWes showed up looked at the sink and fixed it in under min and the best partIt WAS exactly what they had quoted!! I was so happy with the services I received, Wes was so nice and answered all of our questions without making us feel like we were an annoyanceI Give these guys stars and will definitely be using them for all our plumbing needsTHANK YOU!!

July 6, Jason & Mike fixed our main water line break & our sprinkler stop waste valveWe had a repair done on the main water line several years ago by a friend & so it broke againJason & Mike did it right!! They replaced the whole line for less than we paid for a patch jobThey are intelligent, friendly & explained everything to me & my husband in detailThey had workers hand dig & put the grass back exactly as it was before they started the jobI will recommend these guys to everyone I know from here on out!! They are superb & did an A+ job!!! I had my water on in less than hours!! Jason & Mike, you are the best!!! Thank you, Dyana & Jay Bassett, Sandy, Utah
Im so thankful for Wes and Bradys services they provided at my houseI jist bought a home and one year after I buy the main drain is backing upWes and Brady both knew exactly what do do, I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm excited to do some laundry againthab k you guys u r the best
Friendly Plumber installed a new Lennox furnace in my house About months later it stopped working I called them and they made a prompt appointment with me that night Bryson evaluated the issue and explained what was wrong He fixed the problem and have not had issues since I am very pleased with the service
