Wes, Brady, and Walter were all great The house pressure regulator failed and caused the heat exchang on my tankless to fail Wes and Brady came out, changed the tankless, BUT when I was not getting the volume of water I wanted upstairs Wes and Walter came back out, promptly, without excuses, and during the busiest time of the year, worked on the problem until we all knew it was resolved Turned out to be builder installed it wrong, but they have a fix When their schedules slow down this fall, you can bet I be calling them
