I had subscribed for a trial period for Genodrive products and canceled the subscription before the end of the trial. This was back in 2017.
After subscribing for a trial of Genodrive products in 2017, I canceled my subscription at the end of the trial and did not agree to any further orders being processed. All of 2018, I neither received an order from Genodrive nor did I get charges on my account and then, suddenly, this past April 2019, I start getting charged $89.79 x 4 for a total of $359.16. I tried to resolve this issue by calling the company help line and kept getting transferred from one agent to another even though I asked to speak to a supervisor.

I need to cancel this product. DO NOT WANT at all. The company has no phone # or dept to contact in order to cancel. SUPPOSEDLY I was to receive first bottle for trial. I wanted to STOP after the free trial. Now they ship me a supply EVERY month with a charge of $89.95 which the take from my credit card. I want this to stop. They've already soaked me for around $300 or so. I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT. They scammed me .

I ordered a product of Keto on line for $5.95 shipping only. My credit card that I paid for it sent me a request as a fraudulent charge for a eye cream. Since I didn't order an eye cream I told them that it was fraudulent. So they canceled the payment. Today I get a call from the company saying that they sent me an invoice to my email. When I opened my email it said that I now owe $89.95 plus $79.95 per month. I never agreed to anything like that when I ordered it. Now they are sending me to collections because I refuse to pay. I think they are a scam aimed at seniors. I am on a fixed income and I would never buy anything like that for that price. I called the company and they said that since I refuse to pay they will expeditemy non payment.

They claim I signed up for a subscription to their products. I only signed up for a free health assessment. They say I owe them for products never got
This company called me claiming I signed up for a subscription to their Power Testó Blast, and that I owe them money. I thought I was signing up only for a free health assessment appointment. When I learned more about their product I realized I don't need it. I called and cancelled the appointment and told them at that time I didn't want anything from them. Today they called demanding payment and claiming they sent me products. But when I asked where they sent it they gave an address that was not mine. I told the person I didn't receive anything and if I did I would send it back. I told her to cancel any subscription she thought I had. She refused to cancel anything, saying she would only escalate the issue because I was refusing to pay. She claimed the products can't be returned. She threatened to harm my credit report by reporting nonpayment.

Unauthorized charges.
I purchased the trial of power yes to blast, along with the muscle version. I cancelled my product before the 14 day trial was up. Though I am now being charged the full amount of the product in the amount of 84.99, their office and also claims that there is a charge of 89.99 that also must be paid.

I was offered to test Power Muscle Blast, and Power Testo Blast. I was told that I just needed to pay for shipping and handling.
I responded to a facebook ad about Power Muscle Blast and Power Testo Blast. When I called, I was told that I could test these products to see if it was a right fit for me. I was told I was only responsible for shipping and handling. I then asked what was the catch to that, because only paying for shipping and handling just didn't add up. The customer service representative told me that there was no catch, but after my supply ran out, that I could call back and purchase these products at a discounted price. I never called back because I did not want to order any additional products. A couple weeks later, I received these two products in the mail with no explanation as to when the product was ordered or how much the product cost. I then called Power Blast to inquire on the package that was delivered to my house. The customer service rep informed me that my card had been charged $173.00 without my knowledge. I then demanded a full refund because my card was used without my knowledge, and that I did not order the product. The customer service rep informed me that I would have to ship the product back. I am upset for the simple fact that my card was charged without my knowledge and I did not order these products. Also, I should not responsible for paying for shipping a product that I did not order. I am also in fear that my card will be charged in the future.

Vendor charged and delivered a product I did not order
I received a bottle of the vendor's product. When I called to dispute they tried to tell me that this order is part of one from a year ago. I cancelled my account last year and have not received anything from them since April 2018. They said the only way to get refund is to send it back through the mail which I will have to pay for, otherwise they will keep charge of $89 on my credit card.

I requested a free trial of their product. They automatically started sending me additional bottles of their product even though I didn't request them. The bottles are untouched but they say they don't take returns and refused to refund my money, which was $366.04.

The company committed Fraud in that a company representative misrepresented the product he was selling. The rep. told me he was selling Alpha King.
A sales rep. called me and told me that he could ship me a free bottle of Alpha King if I paid $3.95. After looking at the Alpha King website and researching the product on my own besides listening to this guys sales pitch I agreed to take the free sample of Alpha King for the cost of the shipping and handling priced at $3.95
A bottle of Alpha King is not what showed up nor were the charges correct.
I immediately noticed 2 charges on my bank account for $4.99 each. I called the phone number associated with the charges and I get a company that is selling Power Muscle Blast and Power Testo Blast. I explained to the rep on the phone that the person I spoke to a few minutes ago was selling Alpha King and the charge was too much. The person I had on the phone now says that's a different company that we are not associated with.
He pulls up my account info by Zipcode and Name and tells me that I ordered a bottle each of Power Muscle Blast and Power Testo Blast at a promotion price of $4.99 each plus a 30 day automatic renewal.
I told him I did not order that. I told him the rep I spoke to committed fraud in telling me about one thing and shipping something different. I told him I would never order a steroid and I am disabled with congestive heart failure and a steroid like that would probably kill me. I also told him I want my money back and I want him to cancel the subscription. He did cancel the subscription but then hung up on me when I asked about a refund.
I called back 2 more times and they hung up on me two more times the second I mention a refund.
After the product showed up in the mail I called them again to ask for a refund stating I could send the product back, that I hadn't opened it and this rep tells me they don't take returns and don't give refunds. When I asked to speak to a supervisor this rep told me "No, a supervisor would just tell you the same thing"
It was then that I told her (the company rep) that I would seek Legal means to recover my money.
I immediately called my bank and filed a claim and the Legal Team at the bank is currently in litigation with them.
To this day I still don't know who the Corporation is behind these crooked, dishonest people.

I supposedly ordered one free bottle of Power Testo Blast and was only supposed to give them my card info to pay $4.99 for free shipping. I asked their salesperson on the phone if this was a one time thing. And told him that I do not like to try anything on a re-concurring basis. He assured me this was a one time thing. When I looked on my online banking. I see two charges for $4.99 shipping. I called them and told them to cancel the other product ( that I never bought or hear of) and they did. And reimbursed me for the other $4.99. I got the Testo Blast the other day in the mail, and after looking at the ingredients including silicone dioxide, magnesium stearate and Blue Lake #1 food coloring all known cancer causing ingredients. I decided to throw the product in the trash. But to make sure I called them today and asked if I was subscribed to receive more product and they said I was. I told them I wanted to cancel that, and she said they would. And I asked for an e-mail confirming that. I just looked at my e-mail and there is a cancellation notice so that is good, "IF" they never charge me again that is. But still their business practice of assuring me in the beginning that this would not subject me to purchasing further product is deceiving at best. I feel in this respect that this is a fraudulent company, and I would not recommend anyone dealing with them. I will be keeping my print out of my cancellation from them, and also be monitoring my checking account for any more unauthorized charges in the future from them.

Power Testo Blast unexpectedly charged me $89.99

Power Testo Blast confirmed that my payment would only be a $5.99 charge. Then I was charged $89.99 unexpectedly.

I need to be refunded, and cancel any account or reoccurring payment in the future.
I was charged twice for a product I didn't order. The first charge was $4.95 and the next was $89.95. I need to be refunded, and cancel any account or reoccurring payment in the future connected to me.

They are sending and billing me for a product I would never order and will not stop.
In June of 2018 I received two bottles of pills from this company, I do not know why. They said I ordered it, but I surely did not, my full name appeared on the invoice. The email address they have on file for me is in a name of ***@yahoo.com, this is not anyone I've ever known. In June they billed me two times for $1.49, then later in June for $4.99 two times, then $89.99 and then another $84.99. I filed with my bank to stop payment on the $84.99, but the company got the money out of my account before it could be stopped. During my second phone conversation with the company they gave me a cancellation number of XXXXXX back in June. They were very insistent that my husband ordered and just didn't want to tell me, so very rude. Today we received a new bottle of their product in the mail, this time they are using my last name as both my first and last name on the invoice. When I called them they said they see where I called and cancelled last month, which is unjust because I did not order in the first place. They are sending and billing me for a product I would never order and will not stop.

Refund refused
On 09 Jul 2018 at 1:35 pm P.S.T, I opted to order the trial version before investigating the product. Over the next couple hours I found hundreds of complaints and could not find any reference on the Shark Tank website that would substantiate the claims the company was making that the "owner" Mac was on Shark Tank. After finding all the complaints and the misrepresentation I emailed the customer support agency at 4:35 pm P.S.T. asking for the order to be cancelled. They emailed back saying all "future" orders would be cancelled but not this one. I called the customer service number on 10 July and was told the order was processed and could not be refunded. I received one of the products on 14 July via USPS and looked at the tracking information. It was not processed by USPS until 11 July thus giving them enough time to cancel the order but they chose not to. The company is a fraud and should be shut down. I will be contacting the Attorney General of Florida to start an investigation. I am sure they have scammed people out of hundreds of dollars based on all the complaints the Revdex.com has received.
