Operates as GoPowerNow 888-341-6480 5/7/2018 $4.99 HRC-Power Muscle 888-800-3635 5/8/2018 $4.99 OrderDaileyBeauty 855-976-8982 5/11/2018 $4.99. Order#XXXXXXXX Customer# 171 Ref.#XXXXXXX. Also known as Power Testo Blast 13266 Byrd Dr./ Ste 631/ Odessa, FL 33566. We never ordered anything from this organization. Credit Card appears to be compromised. When organization contacted by phone representatives make it very difficult to cancel or refund amount taken. Use of extortion tactics to keep payments. We will be filing complaints with the following: Federal Bureau of Investigation IC3 Internet Crime Complaint Center/Department of Homeland Security/USPS Mail Fraud Division.

Trial period misrepresentation of product cost after trial period and auto send/billing at full price.
Contacted Customer service at 888-202-8571 and spoke with Sky B. (name given). Sky read to me the conditions after the trial and nowhere was the after price disclosed. I am contacting my credit card company and cancelling the current charge and disputing any previous charge.

This should be referred to the State Attourney's office.

Ordered free trial..then cancelled order yet charged $175..cancelled 2 more times..received 2 emails from them showing cancellation yet charged again
I ordered free 14 day trial on 1/1/18.only $4.99 s/h. I called within a few days.. prior to even receiving free trial..cancelling my order.. I was then charged $84.99 on 1/19 and $89.99 on 1/21 (itwas 2 bottles)..called and told them I had cancelled and disputed charge with bank.Merchant then sent me cancellation notice stating there will be no more charges in future.. Just to charge me again on 2/19 for$95.98..had not gone thru yet so bank overturned it..then again a charge of$94.98 on 2/20.. Disputed it with bank and lost..now bank going to take back the $175 that merchant charged me last month..totalling $270 thatI can't afford

Emailed the company to cancel on 16 December. I have been charged twice since then. The company refuses to refund me.
On 8 Dec 2017, I was charged $4.99 for a trial of Power Testo Blast. I cancelled my trial on 16 December as I sent an email stating my cancellation. Upon calling the company on 9 Feb, they stated they never received my email. I explained to the individual on the phone, that I had the email and would forward a copy to her while she was on the phone. I forwarded the email twice in a 20 min time span and she stated they never received it, but I had just received their cancellation email from the same address just fine. She stated for the inconvenience, she would refund me $60, if I decided not to escalate the complaint further. I told her that was unacceptable and I wanted a full refund of $94.98 which was charged on 9 Feb and $89.99 which was charged on 2 Jan. She stated that she would offer me $70 instead and I told her no, that is unacceptable. I informed her I would contact the Revdex.com and she stated I would not receive any refund since I am escalating the claim. I am looking for a full reimbursement of $184.97 since I cancelled within the trial period.

Lastly, the customer service I received from the company was some of the worse I've received in my life. This company should be banned.

When I called about the overcharge (the amount being $89.99), the customer service representative informed me that I would receive a partial refund to my credit card in the amount of $40.00. Approximately 5 business days had passed and I called to follow up. I was then told by another customer service representative that there were no notes in the system regarding the refund. After investigating, I was told that a supervisor would review the recorded original call where the $40 refund was discussed and would call me back within 1 hour. Approximately 30 minutes I received an automated email informing me that my order was cancelled but no mention of the partial refund. I would like to have this $40 credited back to my account as I never agreed to the $89.99 price and the customer service representative stated on a recorded line that I was overcharged and would be receiving the $40 refund.

Unauthorized extra charges on my card for a free trial. When calli to resolve the issue the representative was unwilling to help and laughed and hung up on me numberous times. Product was purchased on the 15 of November. I did not recieve the product till the 22nd. There terms and conditions were not made available to me and the trial period states I have 14 days to cancel. How is a trial period starting before they have documented proof of delivery. They charged me 89.99 and 84.99 additional for this fee trial. When calling to resolve I was hung up on and laughed at. When asking to speak to a manager none was provided.

I called and told them I did not order their product.They kept sending me pills and billing my credit card and got nasty and argumentive.They are nasty people and liars.
