POWER HOME SOLAR of Michigan did an excellent job supporting me through the application process and they were patient with all of my inquiries. The scheduling team did an excellent job staying in contact with me throughout the process and helped me in with all of my post install questions. The install team was amazing, I was thoroughly impressed with the job they completed and the time in which they completed it. They were great with all of my animals and they cleaned up wherever they worked. All of the electrical connections are clean and organized. I was truly impressed. I was afraid their work would be your standard slop job but it was all professionally done.

We are happy with our purchase of solar panels from Power Home. The salesman showed up for our first appointment on time. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Power Home handled all the necessary permits for the project. We found Jami in the scheduling department especially helpful. We had additional questions and design changes which Jami handled beautifully. The installation crew arrived on time. They were done with the install in less than one day. They were professional and polite. When they entered the house, they even removed their shoes which I appreciated. They cleaned up after themselves. Power Home then arranged for the first inspection two days after install.

Power Home Solar's project planning, permits and install have all went very smooth. Crew was great to work with and very helpful. We are very excited about the system!

Very helpful, informed, and professional, from our initial meeting with George to plan the process to the installation by the crew. Work was very efficient, cleanup the same. Everyone on the crew was great. They made the process easy. Glad to finally be doing this!

The guy who came out for the informational meeting was thorough, and was patient when I said I didn't want to sign any paperwork that day, because I needed to think about it. It made me very comfortable that I wasn't pushed to sign anything right away, and helped me believe this company was comfortable in their product.
The ease of not having to obtain the permits, work with my utilities company, or anything of that sorts really helped. The cost of the permits is rolled up into the cost of the panels - it's a no-hidden-fees pitch. I really liked that they also provided energy efficient lightbulbs, a Nest thermostat, and (if needed) the hot water tank wrap and additional insulation for the house.
The install team was great - my house is 100 years old and the construction on it is complicated. There may have been some frustration, but overall they got the job done in the expected amount of time and did not let it affect their interactions with me.
When they were finished, they took time to show what was done - and it wasn't just a quick run through. They took their time, explained it, and answered questions thoroughly. I'm excited to have these up and running!
